Overall condition of the hotel is a bit worn out, doesn’t feel like a Sheraton level. Food at the only restaurant in the hotel was very average, and the surrounding area seemed very dodgy with street dogs everywhere. We tried to explore a but outside the property, but saw nothing except a few street food stands. Access to the beach was also disappointing.

The staff were friendly, the private villas are well designed, the pool is very nice but have seen better days.

The personnel in the hotel are all fantastic, super polite and friendly. Food was great, villa was great and the resort is beautiful. We stayed in 2 bedroom villa with our 2 teenagers and the space was fantastic as well as the size the swimming pool. Everything was very clean. Starting from the reception with KK the stay was just amazing, she can make everything work and is always happy to help. We had a full board, while we usually never do that, in this location it is easy and the food in the restaurant is fantastic if you wanted Thai or Western all typical foods were available. Moon and Joe were amazing and Moon always helped us with choosing right spice levels for thai foods we ordered, as we love spicy food but Thai spicy is of course in different level :) You can walk out for street in the evenings to get local foods, there are couple restaurants in very close distance, maybe 2 one in the other resort next and Pran's corner on the other side with live music in the evenings. We loved the resort so much and spent the first week of our holiday completely relaxing and visiting some local markets in arrounding villages with transportation organized by KK from hotel. We also visited HuaHin one night. We prefer the local markets and less tourist crowds. For us this was fantastic start of our holidays in Thailand and Cambodia, we gained lots of energy and relaxed well after busy year before moving forwards. We hope to be back!

The location was secluded so we didn't leave the resort but that meant our food option was very limited, the food was ok, not worth the amount you pay, that applies both to facilities and food. Curtains are needed in the toilets and bathrooms for the night. Plumbing isn't great and sometimes smelled bad.

The surrounding area are very dead and to local. The hotel is laying at the seafront, and beside is the Wyndham hotel, all other hotels are closed. There are a “7-eleven” 1,3 kilometer away, and one restaurant close to the hotel. Otherwise there is absolutely nothing to see or do in the evening. There are very few massage places 500-800 meter away, however everything closes at 17:00 o’clock. Instead we rent a scooter, and drive for 25 minutes to Hua Hin, where there was night market, lots of shopping options, massage clinics, bars and restaurant's that have open to midnight. If you need absolutely quietness, the area is perfect, otherwise its to far away from everything.

Extremely serviceminded staff, everyone from the reception to cleaning service do there vey best, so you will enjoy your stay. The hole hotel area is very clean and beautiful with lots of diversity. Even there are very few guests the standard is very high. We got a room with private pool, and didn't chose the bigger two floor house, because the outside area and pool are smaller. On this we got (room 9023) have a large outside area, with lots of space for sun beds regardless where the sun where, and a big cozy area. The breakfast is outstanding, a lot of tasty things to those from, high quality local food and many things where biodynamic. A small, but a okay equipment fitness room, with a magnificently view to the pool area and sea. You can borrow bicycles for free under your stay, and they can help with very cheap motorcycle rent, where everthing is running smooth. If you are hotel guest, you don't have to sign any documents when you rent. The WiFi all over is good and fast. The rooms are a little worn and could need a refreshment. Fx. is the toilet door fixed with toilet paper and tape, and the maintenance door is hanging so it don’t fit with the door casing and serval times we have difficulty to lock the door. Recommended changes: The hotel also have “turn down service”, witch is a terrific service, but they come between 16:00-17:00, where we normally prepare for evening dinner. They should move this to 19:00-20:00, where guests normally are outside for dinner. A App for menu card, drinking list and roomservice could be better than the Google.drive that is used. Many hotels have a App where you can order, room service and see all the activities.

Despite the excellent and beautiful arranged villas with comfort and private pools … I have one remark to make … the lightning outside was below expectations… just one little light at the wall in the garden, very low light in pool… nearly no light on the terrace … no spots in roof on terrace … I like to sit outside in the evening when I rent a pool villa… this villa did not have the atmospheric light ending as expected … I just sat in the dark … apart from the lack of lights outside… I had a wonderful time 😊

Quite old, public beach accessible only by crossing a road, no direct sitting on the beach, there are probably better value for money Hotels in this area (Hua Hin, Pranburi)

Very beautiful resort with big gardens, villas are very big with lots of details like outside shower, you can have a bike to drive around, few dining options outside the Hotel in walking distance, breakfast with a nice seating area and good choice of food and beverages.

The 2 bedroom villas with private pool are awesome. Really private with wall around the area. Jungle kind of views. Very nice experience. They clean the pool everyday. Good breakfast

We understand breakfast would usually be served in the restaurant in normal circumstances. However the breakfast was not hot and the portions were very small.

The villas were beautiful. They were homely and private. Plenty of space and some amazing features like the outdoor shower and bath on the balcony.
