The stuff almost do like us maybe her so tired. maybe we are English is not good because we are living japan.the location is not good that you have to walk to 10 minutes to go to he main road and you must can not to take any Taxi or bus to anywhere. so inconvenient.

the parking was bit awful. we did not get parking in the main building and had to park away from the hotel which was an irritant

If only they have good coffee, not from automatic machine. I always need a good cappucino in the morning.

We were there for a wedding. Love the pool, the beach, the garden, the atmosphere. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and nice.

The rooms were a little old and 'tired', especially the bed which was not too comfortable and the bathroom.

The breakfast was terrific. Wide range of high quality options. The pool and beach area are so nice and of course the staff are all wonderful.

Amazing beach resort with incredible facilities and fantastic staff! My wife forgot her Apple Watch in the room and the staff overnighted it to Bangkok the next day.

Long walk to reach the room from lobby. Came to know about the golf car service later. Should mention and advise to guest upon arrival. BBQ buffet not many varieties of food expected more. ( compare to breakfast buffet which worth for value)

Breakfast was really good as it had many varieties and tasty. Check-in was quick and warmth welcome from Ms. Off ( I couldn't remember her first name only her nickname.) The activities on 13th April for Songkran were fun. Pool is large and clean. Beach was clean.

Cleaning standards, particularly in the bathroomm could have been higher. Bathroom sink became inoperable and had to call in plumber

room floor & toilet , cleanliness needs improvement , I got many insects and even two times black worms w 44 legs , in toilet . no activities in resort , yoga or meditation or anything especially we are far from downtown . no shuttle to take us into town. Taxi was expensive . Breakfast : Coffee machine quality , cheese selection ( Brie , Fetta , etc ) even fruit selection looked very poor . we are in Thailand , should always have Thai fruits , papaya , mango, etc dried prunes & nuts , also in bedroom never fruits given even for a long stay person like me . I moved to the seaside Boutique hotel close by for the last four nights .

I was there at wrong time (Thailand long weekend) and that's why I'll definitely be there again in the right time (low season with less people). - Good for family with kids who loves swimming but not for those peaceful-seeking people like me. - I don't know if they have more parking lots or not but 2-stories parking building seems not enough for me.

My overall rating is: 4/5, at least meet my expectation of my first time visit. - Room was good. A few things didn't work properly but that's fine by me. - Breakfast and services was good, meet my expectation. - Spa and fitness was also good, at lease the fitness was the best I've ever used in nearby area hotels. - Dinner at the beach restaurant was great.
