Situated in Phuket Old Town, the Shunli is a perfect place to discover Phuket. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The owners and the hotel-staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very tasty. I can absolutely recommend the Shunli Hotel to everyone.

During daytime (jetlag nap) it was very noisy in the hotel. People yelling from below to above. And open stairs.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of old Phuket town. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the rooms and furnitures are well maintained. The hotel is decorated with a lot of indoor plants, and has nice lighting. For the big room with the balcony is really nice view from the room tool. The owner is very friendly, and really takes care of you. She prepares breakfast to all guests for free, I can tell that she put a lot of thoughts in it to help you experience the local food. She prepared a diversified collection of tasty food and a lot of desserts. Overall she makes you feel that you are being taken care of. She speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.

This was the most comfortable hotel we stayed in during our time in Thailand. It's super clean, the bed is incredibly comfortable, seriously, I took a day off to stay in bed all day, really needed it. We were at the main hall room, right next to the kitchen which had me worried for noise but it was so quiet! Breakfast is good enough, we are a couple of fatties, with high breakfast expectations and this one was good, fried rice, chicken and they offer mango sticky rice and instantly made eggs, there's tea, real coffee (not soluble), milk, toast with jam, butter and chocolate syrup, mini croissants and fresh fruit. Location is perfect, in Phuket Old Town, many restaurants available a few steps away, souvenir shops, etc. It's nice to go out and wal around. Mon at the reception is amazing, she is so authentic, warm and welcoming. My husband had a stomach flu and she gave him some medicine and recommendations, she was always worried if we were drinking enough water and kept us well provided. She arranged our transport to the pier and ferry to Koh Phi Phi and explained perfectly, even though her English is not the best. But she was a star communicating with us.

Amazing hotel, the staff was very friendly and kind. The room was really big with a very nice shower, with warm water and the hotel even provided slippers included in the price. The breakfast was exceptional, very complete and delicious.

All was perfect for us, except for the room aircon which could be a bit colder.

Owner's family managing the hotel is kind, helpful and made us feel really welcome. Thai breakfast was prepared every day with love for the guests. Each of the 3 days we stayed had different items.

The management team (Mon, husband and sister) were so kind, courteous and attended to all matters with utmost hospitality, care and joy. The Thai breakfast was prepared with love every morning, with a special touch, new dishes every morning and home-cooked with fresh ingredients. It's clear delighting customers is topmost in their hearts. Extremely rare in the service industry. Thank you very much, Mon and team!

The lady who runs the hotel is very nice and very accommodating. Our room was bigger than expected and the bed was huge and comfortable. Good air conditioning and showers. Breakfast was really nice, we had fresh fried eggs and mango sticky rice every morning. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything you need. At checkout we needed to get to the bus terminal and the lady who runs the hotel rang the bus station to confirm the schedule and make sure we got there in time. Very nice staff and very nice hotel, really highly recommend staying here
