There was a large group of people from India. Many were very rude and pushy towards the Thai staff. Not the hotels fault, but an observation. The elevators would only allow four people at a time and was very slow. We waited more than 10 minutes to get down to the lobby floor. We had to take the stairs down and up once for seven floors. This needs to be fixed.

No bell boys present for luggage transfer to room ....I was charged additional 1200 THB for early checkin by the hotel staff but did not get any receipt for same

I was booked for a sea view deluxe room, they provided me the same but in lower floors. In the booking system it was not selectable on which type of floor you wanted to be (e.g. upper/lower). I think it's time that not only the hotel but also booking.com can take the initiative to make us select such things before booking.

I like the greeny ambience, swimming pool, room amenities and the location including 24/7 beach access. It was great to be here. The staff are also nice and helpful.

Everything is okay really.

Located in the heart of the city, but the hotel has its own grounds and feel secluded. Also the hotel has access to beach road and second road and is located close to Central Festival Shopping Mall.

Very nice hotel in the best area of Pattaya. The entire hotel is clean and fresh. The breakfast was really good which should make everyone happy. I can really recommend this hotel.

I found the condition of the baby pool have deteriorated since my last visit 3 weeks ago. I picked up a handful of dislocated tiles in the pool. I am afraid that children in the pool can be cut by the tiles or the area where the tiles have come off. Very dangerous.

We like that the hotel has been responsive since our last comments 3 weeks ago on their jerky lifts. The lift is now much smoother and the ride is less distressing. We had a smaller room this time vs the Suite the last time. We find that the toilet in this smaller room is a probably a renovated room with much better design - it also has a very clean bath tub. Overall the room was lovely and comparable to many 5/6 stars Hotel.

Hotel location is good as it's on main road but situated quite far back (long driveway). You have 7/11 right opposite. 100 yards to Night Market and bars, restaurants on it's door step. It's far away from everything so the noise doesn't disturb you. Breakfast options was good, something for everyone. Rooms are good size and have everything you need

1. Although the suite room was spacious, the room had a very small (tiny) bathroom. The bathroom was cramp and only one adult can use the bathroom at each time. As a comparison, the WC was less than 0.5m next to the bath 2. The living room bar do not have a washing area. At present, the only place to wash was in the tiny room bathroom. 3. The hotel is a low rise development of 9 stories. It was served by 2 tiny lifts which could only accommodate 3-4 adults at any one time. The lift is 'noisy' and jerks rather badly when the lift reaches each floor, making the ride more scary than roller coaster. The lifts resembles an old machine reaching its end life cycle. In our 3 day stay at the hotel, the lift broke down on 1.5 days. So if there is a need for improvement, perhaps there should be more lifts or replace the old tiny.

We holiday in Pattaya every quarter and for this time, we decided to try Bayview which was in a different location from Intercontinental, Dusit or Amari. Overall we find that the location is very very good. We have accessibility to a big Shopping complex - Central Festival and this was very fortunate for us, as our young son had a fever on one of the night of our stay and there were many retail shops, & 7-Eleven and many Pharmacies all around the Hotel location. Breakfast was fabulous in taste and varied on different days we stayed. I noticed that grilled bacon was available on the weekends only. But the Breakfast variety overall surpassed my expectation of Bayview as a 4 star hotel. I believe the breakfast is very comparable with 5-6 star hotels. There are 3 swimming pools in the hotel and for family with younger children (less than 7 years old), then the baby pool and the kids club is perfect. My children enjoyed the Elephant slides and the Mushroom showers in the baby pool very much. We booked a Theme suite and also loved the Theme suite that we were upgraded to - a "Siam" suite - with a sea or ocean view. The suite was very spacious with a equally spacious room + a living room with a bar, writing desk and sofa. It was very pleasant and we were very well taken care of by the housekeeping who ensured that the room was clean at all times. The Suite has fantastic sea view from the living room and a balcony as well as a city view viewed from the room. I am also very happy with the bed which was soft and foam like - unlike the spring mattress type. We were also very impressed by the walkway to the Pattaya beach. The walk path, erected by the hotel was clean and paved and was also very well lit. The path cuts next to a hotel fronting the Pattaya beach and just crossing at a zebra crossing - will allow us to be on the beach. Lastly, I am impressed by the available parking lots in front of the hotel lobby.
