The rooms in the garden wing look fairly dated. The front desk did not walk me through the organized tour options or the amenities at check-in.

Very conveniently located: close to the mall, the beach, and the songthaew routes. Nice and quiet despite its proximity to the beach and 2nd street.

Air condition is broken and too cold, can’t adjust temperature. My child got cold at this hotel. The bathroom is small.

It’s close to shopping mall and night market, also has many massage store nearby.

The bathroom is a little small and dated but had lots of products provided.

Location is great, close to everything you could want. Access to beach road and 2nd road is easy. 4 swimming pools, lovely breakfast with lots of choices. Room is spacious and the bed is very comfy. Plenty of seating around the pool too. The hotel is far enough away from the roads so the rooms are quiet.

Location, Beach

The main building was a bit dated but it's well maintained & clean. Had a small bathtub in our room with no fan exhaust. Laundry was expensive (more than a night worth of stay) because it all came back pressed in hangers and paid per piece.

It's the right atmosphere for me away from the two busy main streets. Easy access to the beach/main street at the back. Very nice gardens & swimming areas. Breakfast had nice set-up daily with one or two dishes variations. Lobby is big & open with lovely orchids around.

The toilet in the bathroom was similar to what you would see in a small childs school bathroom, very lowdown and in quite a confined space, not what you would expect from a good hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. The view from the room is great and the room itself is very comfortable.

Some of the rooms were very noisy. Some guests like to gather in big groups and hang out in one room resulting in it being very noisy at times.

the hotel is nice and the rooms are very large. The staff around the hotel are polite too. The location is excellent. The hotel also has 2 large pool areas and a young kids pool as well. The breakfast was very good too.

Room is spacious. By the way, it would be grateful if bathroom can be renovated to be more beautiful such as bathroom door, bathtub and shower curtain.

At first they showed me a room, but said I could not have that room, but something similar, I did not like the bait and switch Very important to see the rooms first The windows curtains are a bit odd and do not close all the way

Drinks by the pool were very expensive even for a couple of cokes. I don't know why hotels do this but just tell me the price of a drink etc. Please don't show a price and then when you get the bill it's a lot more because you've added service charge and taxes! Just show the FULL price on the menu because that's what I'm going to pay.

Staff were excellent throughout the hotel. We had a City view room on the 8th floor of the main building and it was a good sized room with no noise pollution. Great location between 2nd Road and Beach road and on the bhat bus route. Breakfast was okay, not the best but not the worst.
