Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovely and quiet, you basically have your own beach! Great restaurant, managed to eat something different every night.

SloveniaI thought it would be easy to access restaurants nearby and it is if you rent a scooter, but if you have small kids your only option is getting a taxi and at hotel they offerd it with price starting at 300 bahts (and that was for small distances like 800m). The AC in the room was just above the bed and you could nit sleep with cold air blowing into your head.
We had cottage C, which is second row next to the sea with sea view and was really comfy. We asked for additional bed and the room perfectly fitted two adults and two kids. Breakfast was excellent, especially curries, but for dinner the food in the restaurant never seemd so tasty as in the morning. Beach was nice and we stayed during all sorts of tides. Only annoying were turists coming to take photos for the whole day. Otherwise we were nit so many actuall swimming and enjoying it.

FinlandNo shops or restaurants near by. Hotel restaurant had great breakfast, but dinner/lunch options were limited to Thai-food and no other options were near by. So if you can't drive a scooter, you don't have many options.
The beach is perfect, H-bungalows with sea views were basic, but great and views were amazing,. The hotel area is beautiful. Bar was great.

SpainAlthough the bathroom looked fresh and new, the drains REALLY stank. The restaurant has a fantastic breakfast but strangely the lunch and dinners are terrible. We went for dinner there 1 time in 10 days at Siam Beach, and never again. The lighting in our bungalow was awful, with no reading lamps. This urgently needs fixing.

SlovakiaI didn' t like the food in restaurant so much, it was ok, but not great. One day, our bathroom (toilet) smelled like sewage, but luckily only on the last day of our stay, so it was not a major problem.
We really liked the new rooms (H), they did very nice renovation. From outside the room doesn't look nice, but looks really cool from inside (furnished in boho-style), room is quite spacious with comfortable beds. But at least one closet in the room would be useful :-) You can put 1 extra bed (matress on the floor) into family room for 600 bath/day. The breakfast was really good and the beach was like a dream. Staff was always there for us, promptly solved our every request. We really enjoyed our stay in Siam. Definitely would stay again.

Costa RicaThe room smells bad. But i believe its something with the construction of the septic system. Because people try to put glade etc. But it was good for a couple of hours.. then the bad smells came out or the bathroom pipes again. Same smell for all our time there.
Service is good. Location is very good. Restaurant food is ok. The service from the people at the restaurant is great. Girls from the management are very polite and cooperative. Tried to help me a lot with my transfer (Ferry).

The bungalow was amazing. We had a renovated one and was very spacious we also had a view of the water which made it even better. The beach is lovely and clean and generally not too crowded. Little bar next to restaurant is nice and a few good restaurants in a short distance by scooter reachable.

CanadaWe were first put in a cabin right beside the entryway, office and scooter park. It was loud and central. I asked the manager very nicely if we could move. She did move us to a great location, and I was very happy about that but then watched a poor young couple being moved in there. I felt bad for them. So for others, there are three basic beach cabins between the office and the restaurant. Avoid those.
The beach was the kind that we love. It was calm and the water was clear. The beach was narrow with palm trees hanging over it. There was a rustic jetty that added to the beauty. If you like a wide beach, this is not for you. We also really liked the beach restaurant. The included breakfast was the best we had anywhere in Thailand. We had a few other meals and snacks there as well. There are also other good restaurants and convenience stores a short walk up the road. There are different levels of accommodation, some beachfront and some newer, larger ones behind. We chose a cute older beach cabin with view. It was basic, but we loved it. The view was amazing.

FranceAs I told before, we had to face Booking scammers 2 months ago & to cancel Visa Card. Then, we realized our Deluxe Room ( D4 ) featured a narrow seaview between 2 bungalows. And second night, we experienced a flood in bathroom. Part 2 of our stay was finally perfect, as we moved to a front line Room. Thanks again to Mrs Ying !
Beach is lush & breath-taking. Breakfast offers many options. Mrs Ying, Manager was quite helpful since we had to go through several rough times...

LithuaniaMy wife and I stayed at Siam Beach Resort for three nights. During our stay, we explored the island and also visited other resorts that we were considering booking through Booking.com. After our experience, I can confidently say that Siam Beach Resort is the best deal you can get on the island. The rooms are cozy (and if my wife says it's cozy, then it is!), the whole resort area has a chill atmosphere, and the beach and palm trees right outside your door are magnificent. You wake up essentially on the beach, with plenty of privacy. It's one of the best beaches to swim at, and families love it. Even during the day, when many people from the island come to the beach, it still doesn't feel overcrowded. The staff is super helpful and even lent me an office chair to sit at the table in my room during a meeting. As a digital nomad, I had both AIS and DTAC as backup mobile networks, but AIS worked perfectly, and I didn't need to use DTAC. I even had a Google Meet video call with ten people without interruptions. We rented a scooter here and were very satisfied with its condition, even having a theft alarm. Overall, I highly recommend Siam Beach Resort and will come back.
