Scooter and car passing pass during rest hours was annoying. Bathroom was not attempting.

Friendly stuff who doesn’t speak fluent English but still try their best ! Big refrigerator, room was big ! Free shuttle was a great idea. Swimming pool was a very relaxing area for late afternoon. 7-11 and mini Big C are next doors .

Slightly away from the main area for bars, restaurants and the beach but the hotel did provide a taxi service most days.

Great swimming Pool and value for money. Friendly staff with a pool table in the lobby. Big C across the street and 7-11 is 4 min walk away. Property is tucked away from the noise in an area that is away from the nightlife. wifi is good and this was important as I was working remotely. you will need transportation to go to the beach and other areas including nightlife. The closest resteraunt is from the German owned Hotel and local food is not close by. There is a laundry facility near by and a massage place across the hotel. Rooms have AC but hallways and lobby do not have AC.

The roof top pool was really good. Big area to relax in and decent sized pool. Open until midnight which was fantastic. Nice refreshing swim in the hot Thailand weather. They also had a small gym which was ok. Room was old but looked after and cleaned daily really well. Very spacious . Staff were lovely and helpful whenever they could be. There was a shuttle for free that took you to a few local places upon request.

Rooms were fairly basis and the water pressure for the shower was lacking however perfect for a 2 night stay.

Was a great location short walk from beach and central plaza. The pool was lovely and clean away from the noise and the staff were lovely and helpful.

shower would have to be more strongly powerful Speed limit needs to be implemented and enforced on the lanes and alleys near the property (it's not the property's fault)

Everything was perfect 👌🏽

All the staff all over the property are warm and welcoming. Boom and Toey greeted me and checked me in on arrival. After staying at 40 hotels in Phuket and Pattaya , I can safely say this was the best check in! They were really nice and informed me of the facilities , Location of the pool, timings etc. The pool area is open till midnight which is a real bonus! My room is spacious with a good sized balcony. Ac and hot water are all perfect! As a hotel manager in London with 200+ staff , I would love to take the staff here to work at my hotel! 🙃 for the first time since November I am truly happy with the fantastic service the ladies have provided here and i can see them all doing excellently in hospitality !

Shower wasn’t great and rooms are a bit dated, though kept clean

Location, pool and room was kept clean, great value for the price I paid. Receptionist was so so nice, always a smile and even taught me a little Thai each day

Sometimes customers noisy…but it’s Pattaya nightlife

Staff réception very nice, housekeeper too, driver of the free shuttle ( only the one works on evening during my stay) and the pool
