The staff very friendly and the rooms were clean with comfy bed. Swimming pool was nice. The shuttle was convenient but if you are reasonably fit you would not need it, no more than 10 minutes walk to either soi 6 or soi bucaou

The hotel is a little dated & the wifi left something to be desired, but for the price it was exactly what I needed.

The best feature of this hotel is its staff. Warm, helpful, always smiling & genuine. The pool is nice as well & a good retreat from the rest of the city. Location is perfect for some.

No service to to the pool area,if you needed food or drink you had to go back down to reception yourself.

Room was spacious and clean,the pool on the roof was exactly what it looked online it didn't need any fancy photos taking.

I thought the whole place would be perfect for me for a long term rental. I loved it.

What a gorgeous place! Super laid back and quiet location yet mere minutes to Soi 6/ beach road or Terminal 21 or Walking Street. Wow, great location without being in the middle of the noise. They offer free transport to Soi 6 and some other popular areas to visit. Walking around the block of the hotel gives you access to several 7 eleven ( even that one) type stores, restaurants galore and bars, haircuts, laundries ....spacious airy, cheery hotel with very spacious well accommodated rooms with working hot water and even an "old school" full size refrigerator! Nice balcony with a wash station built in. Storage safe, big working new TV.....nice pool on the rooftop. On premises restaurant. Nicest staff EVER!

Not one thing.

Just about everything. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great balcony. My go to hotel in Pattaya. Close to everything you need or want but quiet, so you always get a good night's sleep.

Poor sound insulation - at night you can hear people having sex in the neighboring rooms :). Its not critical - but you should mean this.

The only thing that tainted our experience were the people in the rooms beside us. The rooms are not sound-proof at all. One side and the room above us, people were shagging non-stop. Then on the other side, Bollywood music was being played very loud on the TV from around 5am to 10am every morning.

This place was fantastic. The pool and gym facilities are great. The staff, as always, are amazing! It’s a little out of the way from the likes of the walking street but luckily catching a grab is easy and cheap.

The only downside is the super hard king size mattress that was in my room. I'm used to sleeping on soft / spring mattresses and this was my first experience. When I googled why the mattress would be that hard, I realised that in Southeast Asian countries a firmer mattress is believed to be better for spinal alignment and overall health. So instead of complaining or requesting a softer one, I decided to blend with the culture.

The staff are vey polite, cheerful and helpful with info about Pattaya, transport, etc. There is a pool at theroof of the building but I didn't use it though as I prefered to go to the beach. There is small gym adjacent the swimming pool. There is also a 24 hr receptionist and taxis / motorbikes are readily available across the road. There is also a massage parlor across the street and a pool table available in the hotel.

Nothing too good or bad about the place. It's a little old - room key vs card key, but it's was comfortable enough. The gym and pool were better than in other places I've stayed at. Overall, it was a solid, decent value for money kind of place.
