There were some ants in our room, but the staff took care of it as soon as we told them.

It was close to everything (beach, mall, restaurants etc); there was an eating area that was very convenient; tea, coffee, breakfast and cookies were provided; and the owner (Sindy) was extremely kind and generous the whole time we were there.

Everything you needed and wanted was there. The location is very good. Sindy is helpful with everything and always has good tips. Street food around is wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay and would come again

Sindy is a genuine lady and very helpful as was all the staff. Good location as not in the centre of all the hustle but near enough. Free breakfast and snacks all day. Chose a bigger room on arrival and got a cheaper price so very happy.

Staff were remarkable. Courteous polite helpful. They were over the top. Being a senior solo female is often problematic but definitely not here. They treated me like family from first contact. Couldn't do enough for me. Thank you so very much. Looking forward to seeing you all again.

I don't find anything which I don't like

Excellent in all aspects.For example location wise, breakfast included and 24 hours bread,noodles,tea coffee...you can have a peaceful stay in this hostel.I love to stay one more time ,if I will travel Pattaya in near future.

I stayed here for more than two weeks , enjoyed breakfast, coffee, cookies :) and different kind of tea which available for free 24/7. It's near to Pathaya walking street (1.5km) as well as beaches (500m). The staff are friendly, accommodating, who help with a smile. MS Sindy is nice woman and kind heart one. 推荐你们来住一下。

There is nothing that I did not like, everything is perfect, everything is neat and clean and it is very amazing.

The property is great and quiet. The owner is very friendly. The location is just 5min walking distance from the beach, terminal 21, and soi 6.

Staff and travellers made this such a great stay. Omelettes for breakfast were yummy. It’s a big place and a short walk to the beach and wonderful shopping mall / hair salon. 30 mins to the walking street so take a Grab bike or taxi as cheap and easy if you want the crazy nightlife.

I won't say that I didn't like the place but I've suggestions that can make your guesthouse better for coming guests. Locker size should be a little big. The kitchen should be accessible for self cooking 24 hours like electric stove. Since your main client is budget travelers who cook for themselves. Bonus point is to add and offer services of day tours from your dorm to the clients staying. It'll increase your revenue and will show as a one window facility for your clients. There can be an AC in the main lobby since it's hot in pattaya and the lobby was a good common place to sit and chill and interact with other solo travelers. People probably don't sit there because it's hot there.

The staff was very kind. Dr Vicky, if you're reading this, I loved talking to you. You were very helpful and kind. And you were right, I loved KL. The room was clean and well lit. The washrooms were fine with hot and cold water. There was a full dining area with snacks round the clock. A good terrace and rooftop. The location was good, very near to main attractions like night food market etc. Breakfast had good quantity and quality. Overall value for money.
