Great roof top pool with nice seating and bar for drinks,perfect location for Bangla and all patongs madness but tucked down a lovely little side street so no noise when it's time for bed.

The A/C unit was broken in our first night and we have to move to another room. It was fixed about noon the next day. Wasted the whole morning. Not a pleasant experience.

I like the gym room and roof top swimming pool. Reception girls are all very nice especially Miss Green. Room is exactly as shown in the photos.

- Pool water is not clean (smell and taste very bad). - Breakfast is very simple (you can say the is no options), The odor extraction system in the breakfast area is very bad. So after visit that place you will get smelled bad.

- Location is super and near to everything (beach, shopping malls, and fresh market). - Rooms are not that much big but very clean and comfy.

The only negative thing about this property would be the noise that comes from the bangla boxing stadium across the road when they have their events on. However it didn’t really affect us much. Just something to bare in mind, I believe if you have a rear facing room towards the mountains it’s quieter.

The hotel was very clean and well kept throughout. The bed was the comfiest we’ve had in the last 6 months across all of South East Asia! The swimming pool was a good size and you also have a well equipped gym and bar on the top floor aswell. The hotel was walking distance from the main town and a night market just outside too.

The comforter & pillow case had some stains & our bathroom sink was clogged. The sink was fixed immediately once it was highlighted. The walls are rather thin as well.. you can hear late night drama from other units. Otherwise it’s an awesome place. I guess you pay for what you get.

Lovely clean hotel, great location less than 10 mins walk to bangla road but far enough away that it’s quiet at night! Lady who worked for tourism was so lovely.

Clean hotel easily meeting 4 out of 5 star. The cleaning of the room service is exceptional and quick upon request. Very friendly staff at reception and fully supportive. The location is awesome. For couples that like it quiet - ask for the room facing the mountains because it can get a little noisy (market and Muay Thai boxing venue) if you chose room that facing the ocean side of the hotel.

having to put up a cash deposit at check-in. That was not expected nor appreciated.

Roof top bar was great. Room - as expected. Hard to find at the end of a dog-leg lane with no exit.

The rooms were very small, 1 closet was not enough for my clothes. Tea was not provided in the room.😒 The shower in the room was not flowing well and water was flowing out of the glass shower. I went to the reception and told them about it. They immediately took care of it and the problem was resolved.

I got the room which had door that connects it with other room (usually for families) and as it was not soundproof I heard basically everything that my neighbor did. Luckily she wasnt very noisy. Pool chairs have only one position so you cant adjust them to be comfortable.

Place was clean and personell was very nice and friendly. Location is very good - beach, famous Bangla street, Muay Thai boxing stadium, shopping mall - all are within walking distance. Hotel massage service was really good and not more expensive than in other places in the streets.

It's not he newest one so you can feel it in many ways. Also it's center so sometimes it is a bit laud - as expected in such central location :) ultimately for the price I paid I'm more than happy :):)

Noisy if your balcony is at the front of the hotel. This is due to the fish market during the day right opposite and at night the Thai Boxing stadium is on the other side of the market so you can hear the music/commentary. Roof top pool & bar was okay, but didn't feel welcome by the staff and there was only a couple of sun beds which were always in use.

Hotel location is okay, 3 streets away from main strip (Bangla Road). Lots of bars & restaurants to choose from (maybe too many if be honest). Hotel has a roof top pool which you get a nice view towards the mountains
