We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel is older and the rooms are a little dated (carpeted floors and simple wet room for washing). The AC unit was quite loud and it took a while to adjust the settings to a comfortable temperature overnight using the wall thermostat.
A pleasant hotel overall in a good location in Khorat. The room was very spacious and cleaned to a good standard. There is a restaurant within the hotel serving breakfast and lunches/dinners.

Good location. Walking distance from the Train Station (1 km). About 1.3km walk to Yamo statue in Central Korat. The room is pretty cramped but good value for what you pay for. Very clean They don't provide a kettle or free water but you do get a coupon for a free coffee from their restaurant. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Reception is open 24hrs and I was able to organise a late check in at 1am
