The bed was confortable, big room. They have bicycles you can rent. Free coffee in the morning. You cant beat the location. Orapin is absolutely amazing. Thanks for everything. Will recommend to everyone.

So far the best stay, in Thailand, that I’ve been so far! Since I’ve got into the place the hosts start greeting me and my partner as we were locals and not random foreigners! I just want to say thanks for all you’ve done for us and you’re going to stay forever in my heart. The stay is really close to the main temples. Hosts capable to help you with everything you might need and room very clean.

The location was great, not far from the sights. Could find something to eat easily, also right next to a night market. The two hosts were great and helpful. Our daughter's hat was broken, and she happily offered to sew it. Got free bananas as well and a self made dish.

The staff is super nice, their englisch is not very good but they do what they can to communicate (google translate worked perfectly). The room was very clean and nice. You can rent a bike for 50 BAT per day and from the location you get very fast to all the main temples.

Loud hosts smoking in the common areaI that I had to tell off at 23.45.

I appreciated the rare kindness and maternal warmth of the owners and staff. A lot of bigs smiles, fruits and peace. Communication with Google translate and heart was very easy!

The only thing I didn’t like was the bed: very hard (maybe it is the way beds are made around here). I could barely sleep.

Great location; hot water (but you don’t need it as it is quite hot outside); very nice and welcoming ladies; clean; fridge you can use; water refill; also free coffee and bananas; all was great.

What a wonderful experience! The kindest people you will ever meet. They showed us love, kindness, and hugs from the moment we arrived. Olopin, one of the owners, treated my husband and I like her own children, and we ended up calling her our Thai mother! 💚. They were so helpful with anything we needed, whether it was extra sheets, laundry, getting a tuk tuk booked, and even cooking yummy meals for us. Love them and recommend to anyone visiting Ayutthaya!

Rooms and sheets are a bit worn-down and cleanliness (especially in the bathroom) could be better. But for that price it was absolutely ok.

Very affordable, but simple room with all kind of amenities like hot water (in a shared room). The receptionist was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. Nearby some of the main temples of Ayutthaya.

We feel good during our stay. The owner & staff are lovely.They make us feel at home with free coffee & different types of herbal tea. The host is so kind to let us stay late check out while waiting our trip at night. No extra charge!

The bathroom is a bit small and there is no separate area for the shower, so the entire floor gets wet when you shower.

Very friendly hostesses, we communicated well using translation app. They offered me bannas and snacks and organised a very good and affordable boat trip. The room was very basic, as expected, but very clean and silent. It was all I needed.

Location is very good, walking distance from main city park and a few important landmarks, as well as good restaurants and cafes. Ladies that run the place are so welcoming and always smiling, and even though they don't speak English, they do their best to communicate, using google translate.

The private bathroom was just outside the room which surprised me. Mattress was a bit hard and I felt the springs.

It felt like home, the ladies that own the place are absolutely lovely and caring. The location is amazing meaning I could walk to many of the attractions. I highly recommend.

The Host is the loveliest Lady I have ever met! She did her best at answering all questions, let me check into the room already at 9am and always brought self made snacks or would cook for anyone who was hungry!
