Since I was travelling for business, I especially liked the quietness and spaciousness of the apartment. The place is located in a nice neighbourhood, just the right distance from the busy and buzzing main streets. Also, they have a very clean, really large swimming pool.

Tucked away in a labyrinthian residential area with 7/11 a short walk between you and the train station, it's an ideal place if you plan to navigate by metro. Good facilities for active people and really good vibes in the surrounding streets.

The location lacks food options. The hotel is more of a residence, not really set-up for tourists. So it felt like a bit of a ghost hotel. This is fine, but don't expect staff to be attentive and great if you dont want to bump into tourists.. The information is a bit outdated, e.g, the pool closed an hour earlier but still at a very reasonable time of 8 pm.

The pool is amazing and very clean. The manager was helpful.

wi-fi quality is very bad: constant disconnects, outdated configuration, no more then 2 devices per room. I suggest hotel administration to update wifi routers to modern state.

Very good hotel with pool. They cook good food, pleasant helpful staff, clean, no smoking.

The cheesy music in the elevator, but it did make me laugh !

The staff are so helpful and the manager even baked muffins ! The 25M swimming was a huge bonus and all in all I could not fault the Hotel.

In 10 days they never once brought shampoo and shower gel. And the towels and bed linen were not changed. I guess you have to ask specifically. Or wash and dry the sheets and towels downstairs in the laundry room yourself. But I would prefer not to care about that.

The apartment has everything you need, thoughtful furnishings. There is a dining area, a large desk and a relaxation area with a soft sofa. It is comfortable to relax and work. Great sports pool. Cool roof terrace equipped with tables, chairs and couches. The view of the city is marvellous. Location is a favourite. Quiet, a bit away from the centre, respectable area. I liked. The owner of the hotel and all the staff are awesome. Helpful in every way. And really very attentive to the guests.

The AC in the room is a bit too noisy, and this makes it a bit hard to fall asleep. Although the room has a kitchenette, there were no cooking pans utensils, ect, but we then asked at reception and were given some.

The staff were super friendly! Ohollie was an absolute gem and went above and beyond with making us feel at home and welcoming us with the greatest smile and burst of energy! She is the special touch of Sivalai!! We enjoyed having access to the gym facilities, and it was a gym well equipped and allowed us to train well and have the refreshing pool to do some laps was an added bonus.

The only thing I would have liked to avoid is the loud noise of the ac, also from the neighboring room.

Basically everything. This is a personal space with familiar feeling, very well kept, a pristine pool, spacious rooms, a lovely, green neighborhood. If you don't want the destruction of new Bangkok but still be close to the old town, this is your spot. Highly recommended.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Stayed here with my family for four days this December 2023. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and look exactly as shown in the photos, with upgraded facilities like the airconditioner. The owner and the staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. If you want a quiet place to stay that's perfect for a group and where you can properly rest after a long day of roaming around, this place is perfect. It is located inside a residential area but it's very accessible via Grab. The office isn't open for 24 hours so you have to settle some transactions between 9 AM to 9 PM. But the hotel is open 24 hours and there is a guard is on duty at all times to accommodate your needs. Bonus: There's a cat lounging in the parking lot. So cute.

They clean the room every 3 days only! and dont give you water everyday. You have water only the first day you arrive. Since there is a kitchen with nearly everything, I would expect to have at least one fried pan and a pot that I can cook there... It was for us a big problem since we have an allergy problem and that is the reason we need a kitchen. But we never asked them... so maybe they would have given to us if we did... Still, I think it should be there. It is a bit old fashion if you are looking for a modern place. We were okay with it.

First of all, the staff is very nice and will help you in every way they can! The place is like a sport hotel appartment. The swiming pool is great! The fitness room also and you can play tennis there too. There also have a roof view and washing machines. We had 2 bedrooms and it was very big, and clean but no balcony and that was missing. In the kitchen there are a big fridge, a stove and a kettle. You get a sponge and detergent. If you stay there you can order from them before you arrive water and a cafe set since it is very cheap there. Quiet place, there is a 7/11 close by and maybe few place to eat but we never check... There is a metro 15 minutes away but we just order taxi with "grab" to get to places.

The location is not ideal for everyone. You'll take a lot of cabs

The best thing about this place is the very helpful staff and owner and the clean 25m pool that is perfect if you want to swim laps. Theres a laundry room, tennis courts, pool table and a rooftop to hang out on. Its quiet at night. The deluxe doubles are spacious.

One of us found the beds very hard, but it didn’t bother most of us. The location was a bit out, but MRT is only 15 mins walk away.

The swimming pool was lovely! The staff could not be more fabulous, kind and friendly. They helped plan our days and travel in Bangkok.

I was comfortable to walk the 12-15 minutes to the MRT stations, and even to Wat Arun (as a frequent visitor / previous resident of Bangkok). But some of the lanes / paths are a bit rustic, and first-timers may find they prefer to use taxis (which is easy to do), especially at night. That said, the local 7/11 is an easy 3 or 4 minute walk.

25m swimming pool. Family friendly. Quiet surroundings, family run with staff committed to advising on places to go etc.

the internet connection wasn’t the greatest Didn’t seem to replace toilet roll when changing bins daily so had to buy my own at times.

Staff was very helpful and amazing. Every made the effort to talk to us and see how we was getting on. The pool was great and the views from the roof terrace are incredible. If you stay here you have to go have a drink up on the roof and enjoy the view. Less than 10 minutes was the temple WAT ARUN RATCHAWARAMAHAWIHAN. We went then took a river cruise up to Asiatique for 30 bath each. This is where the Disney 100 was and was an amazing day for us and the kids. I have attached some pictures of the roof terrace and the temple.

I'm being picky here but they had a pool table room with a fan and an air con unit but you weren't allowed to use the air con unit, only the fan. It was too hot for us. There was even a sign on the door that said, "Please turn off the air con when you leave." They should probably take the sign down as it's misleading.

The location was great for us and was very quiet due to being set in the middle of housing. It was about a 10 min walk to the main road. There is a 7-Eleven about 5 mins walk and plenty of local vendors. The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful at Sivalai. The prices of beer, water and food were very cheap. The swimming pool was amazing and very well maintained. It's 25 meters in length and the shade creeps over one lane at a time during the course of the day so you can swim without worry of sunburn.

Too short stay. Need to promote the rooftop terrasse more. We only discovered it the second day, it has a beautifull view over Bangkok and a nice seeting area.

Our first encounter with Bangkok and Thailand. We were welcomed by these 2 ladies who showed us what to visit, how to get there, ... Seen parts of Bangkok we would not have seen otherwise. Super service and facilities. Loved the big pool. Never seen such well equipped gym. Bikes available. Just outside of the centre, so quiet nights.
