Stayed for a week , this place is like home away from home , quite, affordable , peaceful and big clean rooms with balcony + amazing view, close to the beach and to the blueport mall and all the city main attractions. Loved the pool as well . Hosts are the nicest, taking care of everything you need and will share any information about where to go or eat . I will definitely stay again

I just love this place.... nothing negative at all. This is my 3rd stay at this place. The owners are so wonderful and incredibly helpful. Quiet, very clean, and the location is spot on.... walking distance to beach, stores and restaurants. Very close to Bus Station. Not far from Train Station. Highly recommended for your stay in Hua Hin...... if you want to feel at home. Bonus it's for adults only......

it is a little sober with the atmosphere of a clinic. It offers rooms and that is that.

it is a hotel run by a German and actually is very clean and well kept, with spacious rooms and a neat pool. Very good value for money.

What can I say about Sky Villa Guesthouse. Well for starters.... The Owners are truly Wonderful and Helpful. The place is fantastic... very quiet, extremely comfortable and the cleanliness is remarkable. The location is awesome for the beach in minutes, shopping in walking distance ( 2 Shopping Malls) and restaurants. Bus Station and Train Station are in distance..... I highly recommend this place to stay in Hua Hin......... I love this place so I extended my stay..... feels like home to me.

We had a seaside room but it was actually facing south and therefore the balcony was too hot. The poolside balcony would be better.

Close to shopping centers and not far from the beach. The staff was friendly and arranged a cheap and nice taxi to the airport.

In my tour of Thailand and Cambodia I've stayed in 7 hotels and this one is the only hotel im going to review. Spotlessly clean. Good sized rooms, amazing and helpful staff and close to a fantastic beach. It is quiet and peaceful, best nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Both Blueport and Market Village with walking distance. Market Village is a bit further away but the food court has more option. Other attractions have easy and cheap transport options.

Only thing was there was no food available and drinks. But the hotel opposite you could get some drinks and food.

The guesthouse was excellent the owners kept it very clean, lovely swimming pool very quiet but only 2 minutes from blu port shopping mall and close to beach.Natter the receptionist very helpful.

Ideally located, spotlessly clean, very responsive staff, very reasonable rates. The hotel is away from the noisy tourist areas, yet steps away from a major mall in Hua Hin. Rooms are huge, with comfortable needs and balconies that overlook the pool. Many song birds gather for group feeding early mornings and evenings. Later at night, the nocturnal creatures serenade you with their calls The entire place is SPOTLESS, thanks to the constant attention of housekeeping staff. The building is new and everything works. The owners are at the property most times and are constantly looking to improve guest experience. They were most gracious towards me as I encountered an emergency and had to leave early. I will be back. Thank you to my hosts!

This place was excellent. Clean, well run. I especially liked the 2 ladies on the front deak. Always smiling and friendly. Same goes for the housekeeping staff. The owner is on site and obviously takes pride in his guesthouse. The pool was wonderful. The hotel is an interesting 15 minute walk from the action of soi 94, 5 minutes via an alley to Blueport mall, 15 minutes to the beach. I was lucky they had a vacancy so I changed rooms and paid a little more to be on a high floor on the north side of the building with a pool and mountain view. Money well spent. The high speed train runs by frequently and some seniors like to sit on their balconies and talk late into the night at the resort accross the alley but it's not a big deal, At this pricepoint I give Sky Villa 10/10.

Had trouble finding location may be that was down to taxi driver, to be fair we drove from Bangkok and wasn't used of area.

Manager and staff were excellent, quiet spot, everything you needed was within walking distance couldn't fault sky villa personal, Gary maintenance guy was brilliant helped move TV mounting bracket so I could fit firestick to TV

Owners & staff treated u like family. The place was ultra clean, including my room & pool area. It was very close to restaurants, the beach was 1.5 blks away & Blueport was 1 blk away. There is no breakfast but easy walking distance to get.
