Noisy and tiring up hill walk

As it's situated on a busy road, we did hear noise from constant traffic, but you should be fine if you bring earplugs!

We stayed at Sky Wave while getting our scuba certification, and it felt like coming home at the end of a long day! The same two awesome staff members that took turns manning the desk were super helpful with any issues that arose. We ended up adding an extra day because we didn't want to leave. The rooms were clean and modern. Across the street was a delicious hot pot restaurant that's open late, and the hotel was conveniently located near markets or anything else you would need.

Room was close the the road so it was a bit noisy

Really clean rooms, comfortable and hospitality of staff is very pleasant. One of the few hotels in Patong where 3 - star really means that in it's true sense, and everything was new and modern.

A smell in bathroom from the pipe might have to improve/fix about it a bit.

Clean room, nice bed and much space in the room. Even the sound from outside can be hear, but late at night it's quite. Seven eleven around the corner. Parking a bit challenging but staff helpful with info.

Just a slight hiccup... the power for the fridge and kettle had stopped. He asked his boss to fix but couldn't assist. Wasn't too much of a problem. The bag of ice i bought for a few warm up evening drinks lasted well in the bathroom sink until time to go out.

Great helpful staff. Very comfortable bed, which is a big bonus in Thailand. I've slept on too many hard beds in my time. Nice new hotel, would stay again as I like Nania rd area.

Very underrated and good hotel. Came phuket almost 10 times by far the best hotel i have stayed. Value for money and location is quiet and accessible to hot spots. View from the balcony is not so bad, 10 stars for having a modem in the room. I love it and will definitely come back again. Reception was friendly and accommodating.

No gym, no pool. Otherwise it's all fine.

This place has nice rooms—nice design, modern and clean. Internet, wifi, and location are all good in my opinion.

We loved our room - it was on the 7th floor and it had a wonderful seaview of Patong City/bay. There is a large balcony with a bathtub on it - at first we thought it's strange, but it was very nice to enjoy a nice bath with bath-salts and a cocktail - you have more than enough privacy from the nearby buildings + you have a shower in the bathroom. The on-site kitchenette is useful if you want to eat breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful views, but you will probably only not use it as much as you think - there are plenty of options to eat nearby. The staff was always very helpful. If you want to pay by card when you arrive, there is a small CC payment fee which you'll have to cover - it's due to local banking rules, but you can always bring enough cash to pay + there are a lot of ATMs / exchange offices.

1. At the time of check-in there were no staff available and hotel was locked although the arrival time was informed at the time of booking and was duly confirmed by the hotel. 2. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen which messed up all our stuff.

TV was absolutely no good ( for me ) 3 English speaking channels - all were absolute rubbish . Noise from traffic and some noisey person in the building dragging furniture 24/7 was frustrating

Good sized apartment , had a private small balcony , staff were as helpful as possible given the language barrier , places to eat very nearby and a 7-11 , pharmacy and plenty of laundry shops. Apartment cleaned daily with 2 bottles of water ( that was nice ). I stayed over a month in total so it catered for my needs fine

I loved the bed. It was the first really good soft bed that I stayed in in Phuket. The location is on a very nice street with a lot to do.

There is plenty of hot water, the shower faucet is a little tricky to get the position correct for the hot water to come out. Can you put some open shelving in the closet to put folded clothes, underwear? It is a large hanging space, plenty room to add shelves. I had to use the kitchen drawers for clothing. But still worked out.
