WARNING * WARNING * DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! WARNING!! READ OTHER REVIEWS ALSO. Total scam. Not 5 stars REPEAT NOT 5 stars. Ridiculously overpriced! The rooms don’t even have kettles!!!! The pool and outdoor area is tiny and is beyond repair! The water is cloudy and slimy. I REPORTED THE HOTEL TO THE THAI TOURISM POLICE! They insist on CASH only! Reception staff are rude and miserable. Probably due to all the complaints. Cleaning of rooms every 4 days to a poor standard. AIR CONDITIONING yellow and broken. Hotel smells and is at least 70 years old or appears to be. LOCATED FAR FAR AWAY FROM Amenities on A VERY VERY BUSY DANGEROUS MAIN ROAD. TURNING INTO THE HOTEL FROM THE MAIN ROAD IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. HAD TO PAY FULL IN CASH UP FRONT!!!!!! After one week I explained the hotel was not fit for purpose and I need a partial refund due to me Leaving they become threatening and abusive. NO PARTIAL REFUND WAS GIVEN. Very same room was rented out next day to someone else. EVERYONE STAYING THE HOTEL WAS DISGUSTED WITH SCAM! I contacted booking.com who wanted no part of it. **WARNING WARNING WARNING** THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM AND PHOTOS ARE EDITED AND EXTREMELY OLD. DO NOT STAY HERE. REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. HOTEL IS NOT 5 STARS. NOT EVEN A BASIC KETTLE IN ROOMS, NO HAIR DRYER, NO NOTHING! NO SAFTEY DEPOSIT BOX ROOM, NO HAIR DRYER, DARK AND POOR LIGHTING. UNSAFE. VIEW OFF BALCONY IS Suicidal not to mention the noise from the dangerous main road!!! NOT 5 stars! 1 star at best. Do NOT PAY FOR THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST.

Manager was rude. Had half used shampoo bottle in my room. Not tea making facilities. View was nothing like it pictures. When I complained Manager said I could change room. After getting my luggage from room to return to reception the manager was jumping on the back of a motor bike. I shouted to her as she drove off what about my new room. She shouted back I've finished. I'm complaining to booking.com as this is classed as a 5 star hotel. No way it is. Had booked for 4 night. Checked out after the first night. With no refund for the following 3 nights.

Ac didnt work, we needed to spin the motor of the ac so it would turn on Shower was leaking, but they fixed it Fauset wasnt working Pool was really dirty and the sunbeds were painted black and the paint was chipping of and made you dirty. No room cleaning Really expensive for the quality and location... This is not a hotel its more like dirty slum residence for a hotels price The light dimmer didnt turn off the light, so you'd have to screw the bulp off.

Bathroom was dirty, marks inside the bath tub and taps. Welcome mat and towel were dirty and unwashed. Windows covered in paint marks. Fridge not cleaned and had an unpleasant smell. We left and requested for a refund and only got half the money refunded.

Dirty place, not clean at all. In the first room there was a lizard. So we received another room, but there were plenty of spiders and other insect. I understand that in this part of the world, these kind of animals are quite common, but we really didn’t have a problem with that in other accommodations during our travel through Thailand. This was definitely the worst place we slept in during our three weeks journey. Instead of three nights there, we left after one night and booked rather another accommodation.

where do I start - animal drippings everywhere in the bathroom -room had dirty sheets and looked like it’s not been cleaned. looked like there was sick on the plug for the sink -staff are rude. asked us to check out when we had another 2 nights left on our stay. with no apology -gave us 1 towel for a 3 night stay between 2 people. when I asked for more on 3 occasions they said they would bring some up and not once did. -electricity didn’t work for the first night until key was changed -aircon blows hot air -also the owner has wrote his own reviews on multiple occasions to even out the overall rating -20 minute walk to beach and restaurants

the only good thing is the pool however doesn’t have chlorine and sun loungers are black so to hot to sit on.

Nothing at all, the worst hotel ever, its a rip off, full of lizards, full of ghosts, unclean, stains on the bed sheets. The furniture is 100 years old. Trust me its not even 1 star. Me and my friends could not stay even for on night. We left after few hours of checking in. The owner did not want to refund for the remaining nights.
