Our room was really modern, clean and comfortable. The owner is so friendly and let us drop our bags when we arrived very early in the morning, as well as let us use her bicycles for the day. She even booked onward transport for us which was great as the bus station is far away. Breakfast was way bigger than expected too. Brilliant little spot.

when switching the air-conditioning on, we noticed a smell probably coming from it. It faded after while.

Kwan is a wonderful host. Friendly,kind ,very attentive to our needs. We couldn't ask for more. Our room was spacious and the location is great, in the heart of the old town. beautiful space outside as well. There are many services provided by the guesthouse such as laundry, free bikes, a nice buffet selection for guests available the whole day. Kwan also cooked a brilliant breakfast for us. We really enjoyed our stay!

absolutely wonderful stay! we were greeted by our host upon arrival and shown a map of the area with all the must see sights and places of interest- so helpful! free bike rental was amazing, it’s definitely the best way to see the park. location was perfect, room was clean and spacious, couldn’t fault it at all!!!

This property is in the ideal location if you want to visit the historical park. They provide cycles free and the hosts are magnificent and so helpful. We had our nieces with us and it is very child friendly with games and free drinks on site. The rooms are big and very comfortable.

A really lovely place to stay. Kwan is the perfect host, so welcoming and helpful. It’s quiet and peaceful, but a short walk from the market, the historic park and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Such a lovely family, ready to help you to organise the bus, give you lots of advice to visit the best way sukhotai. So close to the market and the temple. Free bike to enjoy the landscape. Amazing city so peaceful

Nothing, it was lovely.

Loved our stay here. The room was massive and really clean. Free bottles of water in the room and a fridge. Free snacks are provided all day which includes bread (and toaster) jam, fruit etc so it was great to have a light breakfast, supplemented with some nice bits from the local market just up the road. The staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful and arranged our bus tickets onwards to Chiang Mai. We used the free guesthouse bikes to explore the park - had a great time! Oh and bedding was nice and cosy!

Location amazing, clean and very comfortable rooms. The host gave us very helpful information about what to see, and was so nice. Her staff were lovely. Bicycles to borrow were free, a perfect way to get around town. Coffee, tea and breakfast foods available. Nice warm shower, air-conditioning worked very well. We loved our stay here and would recommend to future travellers.

A little difficult to find the first time, do your homework.

Excellent position for visiting the sites of old Sukhothai, lovely host. Free bikes, locks and advice made the visit easy. Host organised our bus out of Sukhothai to the train at Pitsanulok, also organised scooters for us to visit Si Satchanalai Altogether a wonderful stay. The day in Si Satchanala and a visit to the Wat Nang Phaya temple in Pitsanulok were worth the effort.

Kwan was very a very helpful host. She gave us plenty of information about Sukhothai, the historical park and the Loi Krathong festival. There were free snacks, fruit and coffee and she also helped us with buying our bus tickets to Chiang Mai. The room was perfect and we loved our stay there. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay in Sukhothai! The owners were great, friendly people and they have accomodated us without problems in the middle of the night! The room was spacious, clean, well equipped, with a big, comfortable bed. Free snacks and coffee are available in the common area. You can also rent the bikes for free and you get a map of the places they recommend to see. The owner bought us tickets for our trip to Chiang Mai and helped us find the station. We felt very welcomed, thank you for the great stay!!!
