Modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Good location. The breakfast was decent with nice selections. Huge gym with everything you could whish for. We will be back.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, they made my stay so much more enjoyable. The hotel looks new and very clean, the facilities are very good and the gym is excellent. There is a café which serves excellent food and coffee.

Arrived hours early after driving all night, and they didn’t even check the possibility for me to check in a bit earlier. Had to wait until check in time, period(this only happens in the most expensive hotels). Moved to a good much cheaper nearby hotel the next day where i got the room early(12:30) without even asking. No swimming pool or breakfast, but i rarely use them anway.

It’s a premium hotel with swimming pool and breakfast. Clean room, good bed and nice bathroom.

The room is quite new and clean. good facility (fitness, swimming pool, parking) and service from receptionist. The location is in Narong city and not far from Buriram much you can drive for 40 - 45 mins to Buriram City.

When I arrived I had to pay 1300 baht - this I don’t understand if I was paying for the hotel before I stayed. The hotel charges 1012 baht a night - the same as staying in Bangkok. Also breakfast is an extra 200 baht. Paying 1300 baht for Nang Rong is a bit much.

The hotel is just off the main road within walking distance of the bus stop and hospital. The staff are fantastic and there is a breakfast in the morning The hotel also has an adjoining gym and swimming pool

Unusual rules for the pool. Little logic to having to wear a hair cover in the pool. Room had windows looking on to hall way. No fresh air. Terrible breakfast. No English speaking staff. Coffee machine very poor. Served cold soft boiled eggs twice. Still don't know how that can be done.

Front counter staff need training. They give you one room key for two people. If one leaves and needs to get back in it’s a big deal. At one point they tried to charge me 200 baht to get back into my room. That was never going to happen. Give out two keys like every other hotel on the planet. The keys are worth about 10 baht and customers like me are unhappy.

It’s a great hotel. Gym is amazing.

We had to leave very early the next morning and although the hotel knew, they couldn't help us out with an early breakfast (which we have had in other hotels). Be careful of the step into the bathroom - at night you could get hurt if you don't see it. The lighting in the bathroom could be a ittle brighter too. We did not have any facecloths in the bathroom. There was some confusion when we were checking out. On our final bill, we were charged for the food we ordered the night before (which was correct) but there was also payment for mini-bar items. We did not have anything in the mini-bar and the items we were charged for we did not have. It was difficult to try to explain when there is a language barrier. There is only 1 tiny window in the room that we had, and the curtain doesn't rest up against the wall, so the light from the hallway and outside shines through. I would love to recommend that they get a curtain rail flush against the wall. Possibly train the lady who was making coffee for breakfast .... what we had was definitely not a latte/cappuccino. More like half a cup of espresso.... undrinkable. All being said, these were little things but the positive experience outweighed the small little things that were annoying.

Breakfast was delicious. There was a wide variety of foods to eat (buffet style). Bed was SUPER comfy as were the pillows. The room was spacious. The hotel looks new and is very clean! The staff were exceptionally helpful - we were away at the MotorGP all day and wouldn't be back in time to order dinner. I texted them and ordered on the phone and the food was waiting for us when we got back. They were very accommodating and extremely sweet. The hotel helped organize a driver for us for the weekend - very expensive but worth it. He was wonderful and found us every time we needed to come out of the Chang Circuit. Would definitely use him again.

The welcome lady at receptionis impossible, she not behave as every receptionist do everywhere in Thailand. She should better to work as jail officer. Nangrong, is lost village, the price of the hotel is not in accordance. The room has very small windows lire Taly watching stairs or corridor. That mean no privacy in your own room, no natural light, obliged to lighten at any time of the day. They should open a jail, they have already the staff for.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, both front desk and for breakfast in the morning. Room was very good in every way, so many places don't have enough shelves or desk space or chairs - your long shelp with two comfortable chairs was very welcome. Bathroom very good, bed very comfortable, we were very happy with the stay, only regret is that we could not have stayed another day or two, (or brought swimming suits for the pool) but had plans already made - thank you very much, if we return to see Phanom Rung again, we will stay with you for sure. And recommend you to friends also. Excellent in every way.

One of the room's air-conditioning units want working. This took over 24 hours to resolve, which was a pity. The rooms were very basic for the money, couldn't even workout how to usr the TV.

Plenty of parking and the location was central to everything.
