Location is perfect, meters from the Clock tower. Close to Restaurants and bars. Hotel is great, loved our stay. Rooms are modern, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was perfect. As not many staying at our time. We ordered by the set menu. Best hotel food i have had in Thailand. 5 Star. Plenty of parking.

Small details:. Some of the finishes were a bit off. The breakfast was adequate but not extraordinary which speaks of everything else being fantastic.

It is somewhat noisy till midnight from cafes nearby, after midnight it is quiet. Also it doesn't really comfortable having toilet not well separated from the sleeping part of the room. Not a big deal, but it is.

Nice interior of the hotel, good restaurant for breakfasts and dinners (but I'd rather eat at the night market which is very close).

The shower and bathroom area was essentially in the room, separated only by a glass door, not really my style. The room didn't really have sufficient storage space. The pubs are located relatively close, thus it's not completely quiet during late evening, but not enough to disturb our sleep.

The hotels best assets are the fountains and the amazing inner courtyard and garden that lead you from rhe lobby to your room, the atmosphere is so serene and relaxing you don't want to leave the hotel. But if you do leave, you are in the bustling center of town, close to the night market and the nightlife district. The room was spacious and relatively comfortable with a huge shower. And as everything in the hotel it was immaculate.

Some guests were smoking in the garden courtyard and this totally destroyed the beautiful environment of the garden courtyard. However, the staff did not take any action to advise smokers not to smoke in courtyard. Probably smoking was allowed but hotel should consider relocating the smoking area. The side lamp in the bedrooms are quite a hazard - kept knocking into them. Please readjust the height of the side lamp!

The courtyard was beautiful and serene. Nice ambience with a tasteful touch. There were also many cosy corners for guests to lounge around. The motorbike at the entrance was cool! Convenient to walk out for food, massage and other amenities.

There was a family of ants living in the shower..

The location was great! Walk distance from a lot of shops, sightseeings and the night bazaar. The rooms were fine and the had a really cosy garden for some afternoon chillings.

Location is impeccable, you're a stone's throw from inner city and night bazaar. All facilities you may need are nearby. Extremely clean, and a beautiful, serene oasis that is a huge pleasure to return to after a hectic day of temple visits, elephant excursions, and scooter rides. As an added bonus; delicious breakfast!

Just a small gripe. Having to order the day before for breakfast. There wasn't an obvious vegetarian or vegan option on the menu. You had to cross out the meat options and accept what was left. E.g. Full cooked breakfast...cross out meat. There should be specific vegetarian/vegan listed options. There should also be access to fresh juice This had to be selected as a drink option the night before. We also had to ask for a coffee refill, staff should really come and ask. We weren't sure if this was allowed. On a previous review response from the hotel it was stated that the ala carte service was partly to allow and to enable interaction with guests from the staff. They didn't interact. The first day we missed the fact that there was a separate servery area for cereal and toast. This could have been pointed out as we entered the dining room. All this said, the food was cooking freshly and was excellent. The above we would just make it outstanding.

Wonderful stay. Location right by the clock tower and in walking distance of everything. Professional staff (all) who were all very polite and friendly. Very clean. Lovely spacious room with loads of extras e.g. bath robes, slippers. Tasty breakfast. Lovely garden, coffee room and relaxing feel. Didn't drive, but there would have been loads of parking space.

Worst hotel shower ever. Water is almost always cold, and if you’re lucky enough to get 30 seconds of hot water, it’s so hot that you can’t even touch it without getting burnt. And the pressure was so low it was literally dribbling out of the spout.

Location is perfect. Room was large and clean. Hotel grounds are very nice.

Light in the room was same as light in bathroom. When one wanted to sleep and one wanted to use the bathroom you had to lighten the whole main light of the whole room.

A very nice hotel with beautiful rooms. Lovely breakfast (not included but for THB 250 p.P. great value!). Very central.

Very pleasant stay with a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is very good and the hotel very comfortable and very well furnished and designed. Walking distance to every attraction and the night market where we had our dinner.
