How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

This place is amazing 🙂 it's like you are sleeping in a space station, so fun! It was also excellent value, super clean, the staff were so friendly, toilet & showers on every floor. The pod was spacious had everything you need inside 🙂 lighting, fans & a TV. The bed was so comfy, near places to eat & it is across the road from the airport.. Perfect..

Great hostel! Staff were friendly and helpful, dorms are very private, and bed had many light options which I though was cool, bathrooms are clean and there are quite a few so never had to wait. Very short walk from airport, and you just walk through the train station. Great for overnight connections or if you have an early flight/arrive late.

It you carry lot of stuff it is difficult to reach the place. They don't have a lift.

No plug socket in pod only USB port.
Great location. Very clean and cool 1 night stay. I checked in at 4am and it was no problem for them. Thank you.

Pods dont fully block out light or sound so was a little hard to sleep because of that. Air con had the room freezing cold which is grsat for people who love air conditioning. I do not.
Location is perfect. A 15 min walk from front door to International terminal. Fun space. Comfy bed. Super clean hostel. Fun experience.

The room was great for two of us. Clean and tidy. Hostel located literally across the road from the airport so really good location and also the train station. Really easy for transport links. Staff were also very accommodating as we checked in at 11pm. Would definitely recommend.

Even in a pod, as an airport hotel guests are coming and going 24/7. Earplugs should be provided, and guests should be instructed to be as quiet as possible. The staff doesn't do this, but even worse, they are very loud themselves when they bring new guests to the room,no matter at what time
Airport on walking distance, big plus The pod hotel style makes it much more than just a hostel but still very affordable. The space theme is fun

The pillow is to big ad everybody said, but I slept really good without it ;-)
Really nice and clean place for one night. The place is really funny and I slept really good. Was sad that I had to go away too early. The airport is 5’ walk from the hostel and this makes it perfect if you have to catch a flight:-)

There is no elevator.
The room, staff, location, every thing is wonderful! Perfect location if you are taking an early flight next day. There is a skywalk connected to Don Mueang airport, just ten-minute walk from hostel to the airport. It also opens at 4:30 am (my experience). The bathrooms and shower rooms are extremely clean. The best part is that the rooms are so cool! You can have your own private space and watch TV (there’s a TV inside every capsule.) When opening the door of capsule, you need to use the keycard (outside) or button (inside), which is pretty good that you don’t have to take all valuable stuff when you are just going to the bathroom for a while. (But when going out, of course it is better not to leave valuable things in the capsule.)

Exactly what you expect from the pictures. If you need to spend one time in bangkok and want to take funny pictures for your friends, that's the way to be. The location isn't good for anything aside for the airport.
