We had a miscommunication with our hostess about the snacks and drinks in the room. They confirmed that these were complimentary but we ended up having to pay. Hot water in our room was unstable: it would turn cold after a while and then back to hot, and so on. The AC in our room was surprisingly loud.

The pictures do not convey how gorgeous this hotel really is! Amazing amenities, friendly and hospitable staff, beautiful and well-maintained gardens, and an incredible big pool that looks super scenic at night are just some of the highlights that come to my mind. Every day the staff brought us some complimentary delicacies to our room, it was so lovely! There is a nice shop at the reception where I could buy local ceramics and fabrics. The staff were very responsive to our wishes and always treated us with respect and kindness while catering to our wishes. The breakfast was great! And the facial treatment in the spa is a definite recommend. The atmosphere of the hotel is overall very zen, and there is purposeful ambient lighting in all indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel. In every little design element, I could see great love for details.

I didn’t like that in restaurant you were charged for service and prices were without VAT, I didn’t knew it so every time I was leaving a tip for a staff.

Amazing location of hotel almost in the wild ! Very quiet area, with small shop nearby. Enjoyable SPA.

I recommend to use proper music at the restaurant (local traditional would be a good choice) instead of modern american radio/pop/electronic music I've heard all along my dinner time...it doesn't fit !

The hotel is magnificent and comparably cheap - definitely a gem! The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is awesome in terms of choice and quality. The staff is friendly and attentive. The bikes to ride to the historical park are free, but pay attention which bikes you choose (brakes, saddle height, etc) - therefore a 9 and not a 10 from us for the hotel rating!

The restaurant we visited for dinner was nice but the food was very ordinary and pretty overpriced for that.

Beautiful surroundings and gardens and a great pool. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast had plenty options - not too many hot options were vegetarian sadly. You can rent bicycles to the ancient town for free.

Fabulous location - close to Sukhothai historical park. Great food, good facilities and superb staff. We borrowed their bicycles (free of charge) to visit the historical park.

Staff were lovely but a bit lacking in dining room training. Got our drinks order wrong and food came out for diners at different times. You’ll be charged for breaking a glass.

Staff are very nice, but not experienced. Foot massage left me with a large bruise on my knee and I was triple charged for our laundry, which I caught on the final check out. Communication can be difficult (in English).

This is the best hotel for visiting the ancient city, Good bikes are available from the hotel and the hotel is within easy distance of the World heritage site. Rooms are very comfortable, there is an excellent pool. The food is standard.

The hotel located 10 minuites by bicycle from the historical places. We rented the bikes in the early morning and enjoyed cycling in the nice breeze. The facilities are clean, beautiful and staff is really friendly but the shower was needed to be fixed by request. Breakfast is perfect, especially egg omlette is yummy! additionally, we saw fireflies around the old ruins in front of the restaurant!!!!

The restaurant needs a lot of work. The staff are not well trained. Food takes a very long time and got order wrong. I would not eat here.
