Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Location is great, there are two markets nearby with lots of cheap food options. They supply new bottles of water and tea/coffee every day.

The hotel is perfectly located to walk on the riverside and around the town. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy and I loved the fact there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The girl on reception is lovely and recommended places for us to eat and visit.

Spacious king size room with a balcony on the top floor. Elevator always very quick. Free bottles of water and filtered water dispenser downstairs. Staff were always smiling and helpful with any questions. Refrigerator kept our fruit and drinks cool and the kettle and tea/coffee was a nice touch for first drink of the morning. Shower had good pressure and plenty of heat (if that's what you want in this temperature) A/C was excellent. Our 6 days went too quick - would readily return.
