This is an excellent hotel if you have to stop for few days in rayong . Highly recommend.

It's not the most modern hotel. But it is well maintained with great staff and all the necessary facilities.

Friendly staff and very spacious rooms. Breakfast was enormous with many options. Great parking with security right next to the hotel. The price you pay and the quality you get is amazing. We really enjoyed our short stay here.

Requested early check in during booking and the hotel (thru Booking.com) approved it without extra charge. Our arrival is scheduled between 11-12 AM. We arrived earlier than 11 am and the receptionist told us that the rooms (4 rooms) will be ready in an hour, so we patiently waited. At almost 12 noon (1.5 hrs waiting), I made a follow up and the receptionist who attended to me told me that only 1 room is available. I told her that the hotel approved our request for early check in and she insisted (in not so nice way) that the hotel check-in time is actually at 2 pm. I showed her the email that I received, and she told me that she doesn’t know who sent that email to me (which I explained to her, but still she was insisting the hotel policy on check-in time). Very disappointing as they (or Booking.com???) did not deliver what we requested which was approved by the hotel (attaching here the photo of the email, which the receptionist did not acknowledge that they sent it!!!).

This is a truly beautiful hotel with a nice big room, a clean pool, and a great breakfast. The location is great, as it is next to Star Night Market and shopping malls - you can easily get food, snacks, etc. The staff is really polite and helpful.

I had a smooth check-in experience, but the check-out process was delayed by a staff member who seemed inexperienced. She did not know how to give me a receipt without a signature, and she had to ask for assistance from a senior colleague. I appreciate that she wanted to be careful, but it was a simple request that should not have taken so long.

Beyond my expectations in many perspectives. For example, I didn't expect the breakfast is already included in the package and in the breakfast time, I felt that the experience was beyond 3 stars hotel as I thought. The room was bigger than expected.

The swimming pool water was not very clean

It's an old but very well maintained. The location except locating top of a small hill, is very nice and convenient. Near two night markets and fresh food market. The breakfast was good but not great. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. The rooms are very big and spacious.

It's need to update and make it look modern.

Breakfast buffet was great, a lots of choice of foods. sushi, noodles, congee, asian breakfast, and international breakfast.. the room was huge with king size bed. but the hotel is old, a bit tired. the service is good 4 out of 5. It's good value for the money. The location was great. It's next to the night market and fresh market. It's not far from central shopping mall.

The restaurant was closed except for breakfast. If a hotel decides to do this they should say as much in their information details so that guests are aware of this at the time of booking.
