There was no hot water and the shower fell off the wall. There was no drinking water in the room. Tissues, ice, coffee were all missing at the discounted price. There were no staff on reception; you had to call to get someone to come from outside. And then they claimed I was a no-show!

Receptionist with an "I don't care" attitude. Very old mattress. At night always noise from busy street. Pool is very little. The motorbike rental shop opposite always starts a Harley and plays the throttle so everyone can hear that amazing engine noise. Very cold A/C, no matter what settings it always was freezing cold. Interesting view from balcony, only see other houses.

Rooftop Pool, cleaned room without have to ask for it. 7-11 very close. Many restaurants very close. Helpful manager. Free water every Day.

This is a great budget hotel. What you get for the money you pay is excellent. It's not the Ritz, some areas are a bit run down but it's clean, great location, helpful staff, quiet (i was on 4th floor) and it's a nice building, good air con, big bathroom, hot shower, good TV. I wouldn't bother with the swimming pool it reminded me of the one at my primary school with slightly green water 😂. But what do you expect for less than 400 baht per night. Recommended for budget comfortable stay.

We were told when we arrived that there was no space for us in the hotel and the receptionist who greeted us with a cigarette outside the building insisted that we stayed in a rough flat that was next door which had an unbearable cigarette smoke smell and the room was dirty with damaged furniture and I felt very unsafe as the door didn’t lock and it was very loud outside. However, I cannot speak for someone who actually gets to stay in the ‘Star house Patong’ as we were chucked into a back up flat so this experience may be different but still wasn’t a very nice area so would not recommend.

The staff was always absent. Had to run after them. No cleaning was done and we were told that the cleaning staff has a holiday!! No basic amenities provided. The towels were given on the day of arrival and not replenished. Horrible experience!.

Not clean, towels not swapped daily, noise from the local motorcycle rentals revving motorbikes at all hours. the pool look like a war scene. kettle no coffee, TV didn’t work and the list goes on.

Clean hotel, easy check in and good value. Nice rooftop pool and rooms. We paid ~700bath and feel is a good value for what you get. 24h front desk and -15min from banglad. Next it’s market Malin which is one of the bestI've been here for 1 month. The owner is very friendly, clean room, good price, comfortable and near 7-11

Nothing I like this place

Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff. Pleasant rooftop pool. Good service. Early check-in was no problem either. Everything was almost perfect Location was on point. Restaurants all around, a market within 10 meters from the hotel, rooftop pool, and beachfront a short walk away. Friendly staff that went out of the way 6 assist. Rooms were cleaned everyday and water and coffee as well as the toiletries were restocked daily. will definitely be my first choice for staying in Patong

our balcony doors were broken and wouldn’t lock, the main road you are next to is very noisy and party tuktuks park there waiting for people so it gets very noisy, the AC doesn’t work well and the rooms are very dated with horrible yellow and green walls, the towels we were given had stains on them and the bed was the worst part, it was so uncomfortable it made my whole body ache in the morning.

the location was next to a bike rental shop so was easy to get to and they were reliable there, the location was okay not amazing, about a 20 minute walk to the beach and the main strip but only 7 mins to a food market, the pool was nice

Nice budget hotel in Patong, just 10 minutes to get to Patong beach. the rooms are big and clean. there is a roof top swimming pool. Many restaurants and food shop around the hotel.

his a a great hotel! Rooms are very clean and up to "western standards". Staff is friendly. Can rent Motor bikes in front of the Family Mart which is 100ft away. The pool is nice but the pool deck is a little rough. TV has an English movie channel. We have stayed in the area before, just far enough away from bangla road yet close enough to walk. The beach isn't far either. Maybe 10 minute walk.
