The hostel wasn't super social, but they may have just been the time of year I went. Overall I really enjoyed my stay!

Great little cafe on-site, really nice location, nice family who runs the hostel. The rooms were just lovely! They even gave us free water bottles every day!

The bed was really hard, but that's common in Thailand. There was no closet in the room to put my clothing in. The main beach close to the hostel isn't that nice. Better rent a scooter and go to the smaller beaches more down the south.

Friendly owner. I had the private room with balcony and it was great. Good breakfast at the hostel (not included). Did rent a scooter as well at the hostel. Didn't had to leave my passport as a deposit which I liked!

There's nothing to dislike about this place & great value for your money.

This place is a little Gem and was absolutely perfect for my stay. I came to koh samed to spend time on the beach with total relaxation and that's exactly what I achieved. The hostel is run by a lovely young Thai family of whom are very friendly and any Concerns that you may have are dealt with immediately. My air-conditioning room was perfect with a comfortable bed & soft pillows. It's also a good place to meet up with other friendly Europeans and share their travelling experiences. I don't often make comments on places, but this is a really good place to stay & I shall definitely be staying at samed hostel on my return to the island.

Fridge and air con are very loud (I plugged out fridge at night). Curtains aren't great, and mosquitos kept getting in even though we kept doors & windows closed.

Perfect location, seems close to everything. Friendly staff, comfy beds, spacious room. 5 min walk to beach and restaurants.

The location was perfect; just out of the busy area but within walking distance to everything. The locals are friendly and you can get your laundry done just across the lane. The private hostel rooms are clean and comfortable with a little balcony where you can sit and let the breeze cool you down. The staff were excellent and friendly- on hand to help with anything.

Air con in the room is quite loud and the mattress is not very comfortable.

Good value for money place. Hostel has dorms and private rooms. It is definitely a very sociable hostel, so great choice if you are travelling alone. We stayed in a private room and was ok. Location is great, very central.

The only thing to note would be that we were on the top floor which was floor number 4 and there is no lift so we had to walk three flights of stairs, for us not an issue but it may be for others!

Great location, very comfy bed, super soft duvet and really good A/C. Towels changed daily and new bottles of water given each day. They also supply beach towels which was a bonus. Wi-Fi was good and shower was hot. Staff were super lovely too!

WONDERFUL and FANTASTIC place in Koh samet. Every space in the guest house was SO CLEAN. The beds were very comfy so I slept very well every night. The balcony was so useful to dry clothing and swimsuits. A/C was so cool. The owner family was really really kind and friendly. They helped us many times from tour booking, rental bike and anything I needed for enjoying the island. The breakfast and the coffee were SO DELICIOUS and we were 100% satisfied every morning. All foods they made for us were top of top in the island. Strongly and Highly Recommend.

The curtains shadowing the windows were not really dark so in the morning you don’t have dark in the room. The air con was a bit noisy.

The position is great: close to the centre but in a quite side road. Everyday the towel of the room were changed and you have the possibility to exploit additional towel for the beach. The staff has been extremely friendly and always ready yo answer us.

There was no elevator. The curtains do not block the light from outside which makes it difficult to sleep in the morning

Great place and very nice staff. The location is exactly in the middle and close about 5 minutes walk from main peir and the main beach, the good restaurants are even closer and luandery is next to the exit ( and better one 3 minutes walk from there). They also have good food at a good price.
