The rooms were smaller than we expected. For some reason they just seemed bigger in the pictures. For reference we stayed in the 2 bedroom pool view option and there were 4 girls. It worked out well but we were hoping it was going to be more of a spacious villa type vibe. Another thing to keep in mind, the comments about this place being far from town are accurate. Which I knew beforehand as it clearly states the location on the map. That said, I didn’t take into consideration how much grabs would cost. A one way to old town for example was roughly $15 so around $30 round trip just there and back which added up pretty quickly with daily outings/excursions. So if your plan is to relax at the resort then this place is ideal. However, if you plan to explore more and go into town or to the various beaches, then this place might not be the right fit unless you rent a car/ motorbike or choose a motorbike grab.

Loved the aesthetic. Pulling up to the resort really has you feeling like you were entering a 5 star resort. Loved the atmosphere, the staff were overly attentive and friendly, the place looks just like the pictures. The facilities were great and I loved the fact that they had an app that you can utilize during your stay to reserve a massage, order room service etc. My friends and I had a great time and would definitely come back again!

Con: The only slight negative feedback I have is the wifi and timing hours of the pool. The wifi here is absolutely horrendous for such a nice and well to do establishment. Streaming movies at night was damn near impossible because the wifi is so bad so would request better improvement with the wifi or make sure to have your own internet data on hand. Also, 7:30pm is way too early to ask people not to use the pool. From my room and front terrace, I could hear families and kids having a ball in their private pools from their Villas because those pools are still outside on their terraces. It didn't bother me one bit, I enjoyed their kids laughing and screaming away and having fun, but it just felt a bit unfair that some people still have access to pool time after a certain hours and others don't simply because they are not in a villa. As stated previously, it's my 4th time here but I guess it was far more noticeable on this trip as I was in another hotel resort for a week prior to staying here and their pools (they had 4, including a rooftop one) and they were ALL accessible 24/7. It was truly amazing and so much fun having late night swims and watching the starts from the pool, surely I can't be the only one who doesn't appreciate late night swims? It would be great if you could allow 24/7 access to the pools but I also understand it's a resort for peace, quiet, and serenity, but it seems a bit contradictory when you have others frolicking in their pools from their villas after midnight hours. Even if you can't make it 24/7, surely to have access to the pool until midnight or at the very least 10 or 11pm would be far better than 7:30pm, no???

Pros: It's my 4th time here and this place is just simply amazing. I wish I could live here. What I LOVE the most is the CONSISTENCY of the place, from the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at reception, in the restaurant, in the kitchen, at the gym, the masseuses in the spa, and all the maintenance crew...they are all amazing and consistent with their duties and work ethic, which goes a long way to enjoying your stay. Food is consistently amazing at Fresca, so freaking delicious...slightly higher prices than years gone by but definitely still worth it. Everything I ate here was literally no less than 9-10 out of 10. The meals at dinner are cooked extremely well and are always consistently delicious. Would highly recommend the Norwegian salmon, lamb shoulder, lamb chops, any of the pizza options, seafood and duck salad, and any of main chicken entrees, all were 9-10 out of 10. They also have a good selection of red and white wine, fruit juices, and cocktails. Credit to the bar man for making such delicious and amazing Whiskey Sours. Restaurant caters more to Western palates, so if you're looking for more local cuisine and dishes, then it's better to eat outside of the restaurant. The usage of the app has certainly improved this resort facility. Better responses times than previous years but would still say it's better to book massages and anything spa related face to face at the spa front desk.

The main restaurant was ok-ish, the staff not as nice as the hotel staff and the food very western, which wasn't what we were looking for.

Lovely wellness focused hotel, superb gym and lovely food at the healthy cafe. The lady in the reception that checked us in was so nice and accommodating, I forgot her name, but perhaps the hotel would know to thank her for us again.

Absolute bliss! Everything about this place is designed for guests comfort and joy. Couldn't have had a more enjoyable experience. Staff felt like friends. It is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for.

It's not close to any beach or infrastructure. Even if you want to eat something outside, you have to take a taxi or get a car. Nothing is really in walking distance. But we didn't mind! The hotel is so amazing, you don't want to leave anyway.

The gym is the best gym I know. It's even better than most gyms in Europe. The daily yoga classes in the morning are amazing. All staff is very helpful and friendly, without being "over the top". The breakfast is amazing! Many healthy options. I love their "farm to table" offer, with many ingredients (eggs, chicken, spices) being from their own farm / garden. The "Stay Green Café" offers very good and healthy food (bowls, cold pressed juices, etc.) for reasonable prices. They even offer Whey shakes! The rooms are spacious and the beds are huge. The pool areas are very quiet - no annoying music is being played. It's perfect for relaxing.

This is our 2nd visit to Stay and it was just as good as we remembered. We come here because it has one of the best gyms I have ever stepped foot in. The range of classes on offer and this time I was glad to see that they have now added a Muay Thai programme and an obstacle course. Previously we stayed in a 2 bed private pool suite but this time we went for a 3 bed villa with private pool- it was immaculate on everything including vibes. We didn't want to leave Stay so extended our trip but moved to a 4 bed villa. The Villa was very private and had every amenity including a private pool. We will be back for sure. Always the best time at stay. Special thank you to Frederic and his team- who went above to assist me when we ran into some issues during a stay. A measure of an amazing hotel is how they responsive they are and Stay did not disappoint.

Location is unfortunately a bit far from the nice dinner/clubbing places in the rest of Phuket.

Amazing resort and a beautiful getaway. Perfect hotel for a reset for your physical state and mind set. The spa is great including the facilities i.e sauna, steam and ice bath. Gym is new and very clean. Both restaurants have great food. Overal this hotel is great.

Room Service was okay but not great in terms of english and communication and the iron was rusty, Shirts Ruined. - while trying to save it the room Service bleached the white Shirt and it was pink (ruined) Anyways the Front Desk handled our case really well and were sorry for the inconvenience. The Shirts were then washed again and still had rusty spots from the iron.

Great Service, great gym & food - breakfast is very delicious. The Onsen (spa) is the best so far. Also Ice bath and Cryotherapy were awesome. We are coming back

The area is not that great. To reach restaurants or some night life you need to stay in traffic a lot or to walk at least 45 minutes. There was a 7/11 nearby (15 minutes walk) and some street food, but except that you don't have a lot of thinks to do in the evening.

We loved it here a lot. The gym is very well equipped and you have everything you need for training. Also they have a beach bus that is on schedule to reach the beach. We had a room that you could go directly into the pool which was very nice
