Amazing hotel to stay at alone or with friends. The facilities are great, especially if you like to gym. I joined daily hiit classes and loved it. The different pools are great and will allow you to always find a spot to chill. I tried the onsen which was also great as well as the 2 restaurants which serve very good quality food. I enjoyed the free shuttles to the beaches. Will probably come back!

The pools were far too shallow, meaning that the water heated by the sun to a temperature that was far too warm. I went to this resort specifically to swim, and was disappointed.

The whole place was fabulous. Meticulously planned gardens, fabulous food choices.

The main thing was just the random power outages but I guess that was out of their control.

Great facilities, love that the pool was so accessible as well as gym access. Love that the gym was very well maintained and so many classes available! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience - staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful especially when there was a short power outage. The food was really good too, which was unexpected due to our other resort experiences before. The massages at the spa were really relaxing as well.

Absolutely nothing!

We loved everything about this resort. Pretty bran new resort and the price for such a place is exceptionally reasonable and affordable. Definitely 5 star - the staff, food, 3 story gym, resort spa and physio wellbeing clinic. We originally booked for 2 days but ended up extending our stay to 6 days. I will definitely be returning with my adult children and booking a villa for us all to enjoy. Thank you so much for everything we had a fabulous holiday.

Absolutely everything. The gym has plenty of group classes, HIIT is extremely challenging and the triador Mary is encouraging. The staff are super professional and friendly. The restaurants are a bit pricey but it's worth it, the food is great. The clinic has several offers of consultation and exams, very good and at affordable prices.

Thanks for this amazing experience! The hotel is so beautiful, comfortable, modern! The rooms are big, the staff is helpful. Great restaurants with cool choice of wine. They even have a small, but perfect boutique with coldcuts, cheeses, wines. Try the oncen spa!!! It's amazing too as a local massage. We stayed only one night but could'nt be more satisfied! Thank you for your job <3

Honestly it was good if I were to criticize Id say no super Market or anywhere to buy stuff close by

I liked it so much that we extended another week. Staff were very helpful. We asked for an extra table to work on and they got us a proper desk with a desk chair. I'm not one to exercise everyday but being here makes it so easy to book classes eat healthy and stay in shape on holiday. All while enjoying yourself

The bathroom occasionally smelled of drains.

I had such a good stay here that I booked for 1 week and stayed for 3. The price was good as it's rainy season. Every member of staff was friendly and polite, regardless of their role. The room was large and comfy and everything in it worked well. Lots of power points and USB points beside the bed. The pools are amazing and as there are so many, it was easy to find one that was empty. I had a couple of meals in the main restaurant, and the food was excellent. The rest of the time I hate in the healthier cafe and loved the food there. The staff in it were always so welcoming and kind, even though they must have been sick of the sight of me after 3 weeks. Sofia was particularly good as she spotted what you'd need before you needed it. I don't like gyms and fitness, but the gym was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The shuttle to a couple of beaches was handy if you didn't have transport. I'd love to stay in this hotel again.

As a vegan, the food options were a bit limited at breakfast and the main restaurant. The staff were so accomodating and the chef did make some vegan dishes for breakfast, however I feel like I did not get my money's worth sometimes. I would love to see a vegan yoghurt or vegan pastries!

The resort was absolutely stunning and the staff were so welcoming. The gym classes were a personal highlight- especially the station 10 class! I had several treatments at the spa and they were also incredible.

The location is a bit isolated, not much to do around the resort. Nothing to complain on the resort itself, this was the second time we stayed here and we had a wonderful time :)

The resort has everything you need to have an active vacation, the gym facilities are exceptional, great variety, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Nice bed and comfy pillows. The restaurant is top quality and the cafe has a decent assortment of healthy food options. The spa is also great! very well-trained and experienced therapists.

The gym could have been a bit colder. Put me off doing classes because I found it too hot. Would have liked the choice to have one meal at breakfast and not pay for a buffet each day. Location was a little far from main areas in phuket.

Pool area was lovely. Room was lovely and clean and spacious. Staff were nice. Facilities were good. Free shuttle to rawai was amazing.
