Communal areas do not appear to be cleaned very often. The pool had scum marks all around the water line which indicates it had not been cleaned for sometime which is not good. The non cleaning of communal areas seems to be the norm in Thailand. Second building (where reception is) is at the top of a steep ramp, not great for those with mobility issues.

Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. Price was very good. Located about a 10/15 minute walk from the beach which is fine but in the heat is probably about our maximum.

Amazing hotel. 10 minutes walking distance to Ao Nang beach, lots of restaurants around + it is quiet. The room is exactly like in the photos - big bathroom, just enough space in the room and a big bed. The TV is a smart tv so you can watch Netflix and Youtube when you chill in the room. The staff is really friendly and they clean the room every day.

Security in the front building was no existent. pools are small and to get to the reception in main building its a steep slope to climb

Room WIFI did not work at all which is very inconvenient. Door cannot open easily. Hair dryer too weak.

Small swimming pool without a shower to clean your body before entering in the pool. Building one reception does not exist. Hotel should cover it with a picture or curtain. Looks ugly and abandoned.

The bed was big in the normal room but the pool access room had two beds which were smaller. The bathrooms and bedrooms were nice but pool access wasn’t really worth the extra money imo.

Hotel is modern enough but starting to show signs of wear and tear. Minor things like scuffs on the walls and an area in our room where a toddler did some art on the wall in pen. Sink area has very limited space for toiletries for 2 girls, but we used the desk in the room so not the end of the world. Note that if u arrive in a tuk tuk they can't drive up the somewhat steep driveway so u will need to carry or drag your luggage up to the main reception area in the back block. The sun loungers in the back pool block are a real safety hazard! They are too long for the narrow space around the pool area and you have to basically climb over them since there is no room to walk. If the tiles are wet be extra careful so that you don't slip. Would be much better if the loungers were arranged horizontally instead of vertically as would make more room to walk.

Good location and since the hotel is not directly on the main road it's not too noisy. Great to have an option of 2 pools. Staff were friendly and the hotel room was a good size and very clean. We had an issue with our room door lock however this was attended to and sorted straight away.

On the floor we stayed in, the balconies were connected. We felt lack of privacy.

Good breakfast with lots of varieties. 15 mins walk to Ao nang beach. Located on the main road. 7 eleven is 1 min walk away. Good location overall.

- We were staying in the building at the front of the resort - it’s a bit cut off from the rest of the resort and we barely saw any staff other than housekeeping in our 5 night stay. - There is a lot of construction going on right next door - so lots of jack hammers and banging all day longs it was hard to relax by the pool without ear phones. We didn’t really hear it from our room though. - There was a power outage one of the days during our stay. We went out at 8am and got back at 3/4pm and it was still gone. I know this may not have been the hotels fault but we would have appreciated some communication to let us know what was happening. - The shower pressure was very temperamental.

We stayed here for 5 nights. - It’s in a great location about 10 minutes walk to Ao Nang beach. - Everything you need right on the doorstep! Restaurants, bars, weed shop, 7eleven, scooter rentals, self service laundry all 1 minute from the resort. - The rooms were spacious, clean and design was really nice. - The bed and pillows were very comfortable. - The AC worked well - The pool attached to our building was in the shade in the morning. This was soooo nice as we stayed in April when it was extremely hot and humid.

Just the sliding door in the bathroom, there is like a little gap.

It was very comfortable, the fact they have two pools is amazing because you can choose if you want to be in the shade or under the sun and the breakfast was the best part
