Nothing not to like, good location 20 minutes walk from the beach. French bistro restaurant 100m away and the food was fabulous

Breakfast available was varied including Europe, UK and a US Style if required. Excellent all round for me.

It wasn't as close to the beach as I had assumed.

A nice hotel in Patong area. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Nice little pool for cooling off. A 10-15 minute walk from Patong beach. The hotel is set on a hill, so it's a bit of a climb back from the beach. Staff was very helpful to arrange local tour, show booking etc. Bike rental is available, from the hotel as well as nearby.

bathroom could use a little updating, sometimes the ac was too cold and regulating it didn’t really help, the mattress was little bit too hard but it was okay

The room come with minimal facilities. There is no kettle or tea bags. The refrigerator has no space to keep anything other than the items of minibar.

It is clean, close to the beach and attractions. Away from noice. Room is spacious with a beautiful balcony and the pool clean. The staffs are very helpful and kind. Food is delicious.

The body wash and shampoo was provided near the sink, not the shower itself, meaning I'd have to get out of the shower wet to grab more of whatever I needed.

Friendly and helpfull staff, breakfast fine - included continental or american or english breakfast, if you want something else you need to pay, we had a trip based on recommendation - it was nice to see Big Buddha or Phuket Old Town, rooms clean and tidy, in overal it was great

Only one key for 2 people and you have to climb the stairs always when you need to leave them on the reception

No iron or kettle / coffee/tea in the room and very skimpy on toiletries. The bathroom has shampoo dispensers by the wash basin. Crazy !!!! No additional towels or pillows. They give you only one set of keys so you need to deposit with the front if you and your partner decide on going separately.

The room service for any work was not available. Like I had to get my hair dryer on my own from them. When I asked to send it to our room they clearly said room service is not available for these things. I believe hotels are meant for room service as well. The location is far from Bangla road, 2 kms walk and the beach is far as well.

I liked the room, the pool was just outside our room so it was great. The room cleaning was done great and regularly, kudos to that. The pool was clean and quite good for swimming. The location had good restaurants near by.

1) Ais conditioner quite loudy but not noisy , ok for me. 2) Wifi doesn't well sometime during my stay but overall is OK.

1) Clean & Cozy - the room is clean with comfortable bed & smell so good. 2) Good location , peaceful & not noisy from entertainment zone - not far from Patong beach & Patong night life area , you can easily go by car/motorcycle. Also there're many restaurants at the local road nearby that you can order by Grab Food delivery service. 3) Parking lot available - in the hotel area. 4) Full Service mind - the staff are friendly & working with service mind.They're enthusiastically support. 5) Kitchen zone provided with kitchen instruments & dinning table. 6) Flexible - Check out late option available with reasonable price. In case that you have a night flight & you don't want to fooling around outdoors , pls contact the staff for room availability & check out late option.

the shower is bit too easy, i didn't expect an open shower area. they should have at least a proper door for shower room. No kettle, you've to ask for hair dryer. No changing room at pool side.

the room was super big, with a lot of draw we never got chance to use (we are afraid to forgot anything in the room), bed is comfort ofcz. the pool was clean and quite, you can ask for pool towel.

big bed but very hard. aircon was noisy and I could easily hear the guy watching tv in the next room. be careful taking beer from the fridge minibar - I bought beer the next day but the maid had already restocked and ice it’s billed it stays on the bill.

hotel was good and the room was great. wifi super fast and reliable on the pool side rooms. everything very clean.

The pool didn’t look too welcoming, and I never seen anybody swimming 😅

Good localization, which actually didn’t matter, because we rented a motorbike at the hotel. The bike was in a good condition (maybe the brakes could be better - just keep an eye out). Great room service. The pool was actually pretty deep at one side. The staff was very helpful. They even rescued us with the bike (I didn’t know how to start it properly, my bad).
