DenmarkLocation is really bad by car. The roads take you in U-turns one after another and it can be quite difficult. Not easily accessible. Breakfast has something like 10-12 tables and we were told to eat outside in the parking lot where a few extra tables has been placed and not in a nice tone. My wife got really upset and they told us to wait 30 min for a table. That is something to be aware of. Book the day before if you can OR don’t get breakfast at the residence - plenty other places to eat.
Roms are spacious and very clean. No noise from the street out front with good Wi-Fi, good bed and air on in every room. Even a well functioning kitchen and a great fitness center. Reception is nice and speaks english. It’s not a traditional hotel but more like full apartments in an apartment building, which is fine.

Everything in the hotel was very clean, the room, gym, kitchen, pool ect... generally the thai hotels we've stayed at the bedrooms are usually compact and small but here at aiyara the bedrooms were spacious. All The employees, from the workers at reception to the cleaners and kitchen workers were all so kind and genuinely nice people. Always ready to help and they kindly greeted us every time we saw them. Their attitudes definitely made the stay more enjoyable. also to note: I enjoyed the buffet breakfast as it had a variety of Japanese, Thai and also English breakfast, that they would change up everyday. usually from the time I would eat it, the food was cold but it was delicious. so would rev come down going a bit earlier.

Big and clean rooms with many complimentary items (including snacks and drinks). Huge pool. Night market nearby and plenty of other shops and local restaurants and street food. Very secure. Good breakfast buffet and the Japanese food options form the restaurant was a nice change.

United KingdomThis is the 3rd time staying at The Aiyara since 2021 and its very noticeable how much the rooms have deteriorated each time. First time we stayed it was very nice but now the rooms are starting to look very tired. Our couch was covered in stains and clearly has been well used and the bathroom and the room itself could do with a good deep clean. Probably wont stay here again because there are better places now in that area.
breakfast was okay not much selection and some of the food stone cold, however staff were always willing to heat things up in the microwave or cook a fresh omelette. Gym was quiet and has everything you want for a short visit.

The Location of the Hotel is located outside the City, is on the outskirts.This is NOT a Hotel is a Building 🏢 to rent rooms, they cheated Booking .com , Review very Bad . I did a terrible mistake Because I trusted Your Company. DO Not Recommend to other people . The price supposed to Be maximum THB 800-900 Not THB 1941 , that they charged me . Even my wife , who is from Thailand got very angry. The Most worst that , I was traveling with my wife and our Child , 3 Years old Boy , and when I check in they inform me that : << Booking was for 2 persons and Breakfast is ONLY for 2 and for my child Breakfast I Must pay extra . This is Not Happen in Europe as You know well and also in Bangkok. The Reception was Only One person to serve and Never pick up the phone when We called , Me and my Wife to give to us Directions to the Hotel . The residence is excellent! We had a big apartment with everything we needed. The pool was awesome! There's a big supermarket with food stands walking distance from the hotel.

ThailandThe room was old. The sink was leaking underneath so you could feel water splashing on your foot. The toilet was literally broken and could not be flushed. I told the hotel staff about the toilet and they said it would be fixed. But when i cane back, the problem persisted.
