We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMattress and pillow hard like rock no good next to the hotel is a fish market if you get a room facing the market and you need to use the balcony you will smell a bad fish odour no nice and the worst thing is the swimming pool I went to the pool for a bit as I left to sit in the pool chair I saw 3 pigeons drinking water from the pool probably the have a bath in the pool too coincidentally in the next day I got an infection in my ear very bad one so don't use the swimming pool never not safe that pool should be closed .

SlovakiaHotel is charging 3% extra on top of the price because we used Mastercard (sick!). No hand towels on the room, had to ask for them as it would be something not basic. Only 1 lift for whole hotel used by housekeeping as well. We were not happy with cleaning of the room, specialy bathroom. I'm sure you can find better hotel in this area.
Location of this hotel is great. Not a busy street and next to the market. Walking distance to the beach is 15 minutes.

AustraliaHad mosquitoes in the room. Housekeeping lady was always rude. Needs to be trained by management in how to liaise with clients. Hotel is located just opposite Bangla Stadium so people who need to go to bed early, don't stay here as loud music and loudspeaker blares till midnight almost daily due to the events happening at the stadium. The admin staff at the reception on the day of check out was very rude and unprofessional when I asked for a copy of my room invoice(for tax purposes). Wasn't willing to print out a copy until I asked to see the manager.

SloveniaBreakfast is complete fraud. Choosed from menu stuff showed to us (eggs, sausages, vegetables and bread) and we got 2 eggs only! 5 smal desks in dining room for 8 floor hotel! Went to reception desk to cancel it but they "can't" do it and I need to do communication "ping-pong" with Booking.com to finally succed. Everything is impossible in this hotel: they refuze to give us 2nd key for room! Towells were washed but full of stains.
Perfect location. Hotel is just hidden from night parties on the end of entartaiment street, close to foodcourt, shopping centre...

SlovakiaWe came before check in hour and reception allocated for us room on 7th floor, after we came to check in time they gave us room on the 2 floor which was very close to road and very noisy. We couldn’t really sleep for 3 nights. Staff just said every room is the same - not really.
Location was good, close to Patong beach and market. But it comes with price of noise in the night. Mini market with reception area open 24h . Most of the staff spoke English.

BulgariaThere was an issue with the AC the last 2 nights which caused the floor to be literally flooded with water. Neither was the problem fixed, nor I was moved to another room. The only solution that the staff came up with was covering the floor with beach towels.
Nice value for the money I paid. It was clean and the location was convenient.
