The dinning hall needs music to create an ambiance, it’s very quiet when you eat breakfast in there, otherwise no complaints.

Was told guest friendly before I came and even says this on your site I booked a double room and only me . But they still charged me 200tbh every day for guest . And charged me 3600thb for taxi and PCR test and then charged me again when I got there they are a rip off I will never stay here again

The hotel has been painted recently but some rooms have a really bad smell and the breakfast always look like it’s been done a day before

I didn't feel comfortable at all and the hotel doesn't care about privacy until you ask for it. Of course, there is nothing wrong with asking for an ID when my guest arrives; but it is 2024 and every guest signs a notebook when they leave. In the book, they can see the names of those who have been to your room before and this violates personal privacy. I told the hotel staff several times that I didn't like this but they didn't fix it. So I wrote to customer service on the app and then they didn't ask for my guests' signatures. If you value privacy like I do, talk to the hotel staff beforehand. Even if your guest arrives at night, they are not allowed upstairs, you have to go back down to the lobby. My guest stayed with me for more than 12 hours and they called her on the phone! We were sleeping in bed, why are you calling? Honestly I felt like I was in a police station with constant ID checks. Normally I would stay in Thailand for 1 more month but I did not extend my reservation at this hotel again. People come to Pattaya for vacation and this is not a police station with constant ID checks. If I didn't have to choose breakfast, I wouldn't. The breakfast menu is far from my taste. Also breakfast ends at 10:00. Unfortunately, people who have fun at night will hardly wake up at that time :) In room cleaning, the floors are not wiped and the toilet bowl is not cleaned properly. Some of the towels have stains. The hotel staff wakes you up in the morning because they do not turn down the sound on the walkie-talkie.

The location was a bit nice, of course it depends on what you are looking for. It's quite far from Walking Street but close to the beach. You can walk to Terminal 21 in 10 minutes.

We arrived about 7pm from airport, they had been sending emails to my husband in Australia from 3pm demanding payment because we did not arrive!! My husband rang hotel as was very worried where we were and they were going to cancel our room!!! He had to send our flight details to show them we landed late! My husband was so stressed for 4 hours because these people wanted money!!! So unprofessional!!! I’ve stayed all over Thailand and travelled the world NEVER have I been treated so badly! How dare they demand payment when I haven’t even arrived yet!!! Finally we arrived, they wanted payment immediately but I refused as I wanted to see the room first, The room offered smelled very bad of smoke & damp, they upgraded to better room but we decided to move hotels next day as was definitely a low budget hotel anyway and didn’t feel comfortable staying there, after all the fuss they made!

Absolutely nothing

Everything was excellent. The Location was on a quite street but close to the beach and baht bus transportation. My room was bright and airy, the bed and bedding excellent quality. I even had a microwave and utensils should I wish to heat something up. The breakfast was the best I've ever been offered in Thailand. You could have your eggs cooked however you preferred, bacon, hot thai dishes, lots of salad choices. The Marmalade and Jam were real, not the jelly stuff I'd had in other places. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Honestly cannot rate this hotel high enough. Would definately stay here again.
