Problem is with the isolation you can hear your neighbors talking or shouting and people in the corridor.

Good place middle of Patong area near the beach and shopping and away from noise. Staff very helpful. Breakfast very various and generous.

A minor thing, the pool could do with a hand rail to assist older customers down the steps.

It was home from home. The staff were terrific. It is in the center of the action but away from the noise. Amazing breakfast. We had three very happy weeks

The hotel and our room were clean and comfortable for our stay. This hotel is within walking distance to Patong Beach and the main streets. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options for all. The staff are lovely and helpful. We had a comfortable stay here.

Three minutes a good part of the beach, five minutes the centre, despite of it’s a calm place. The breakfast is very good, the bed is more than 2m wide.

There is room for improvement in morning breakfast spread.

Very convenient location being close to Patong Beach and the adjoining market. Every staff of the hotel was very cooperative. We were allotted room despite our early arrival at the hotel. Lady at the travel desk was very efficient in making our local travel arrangements.

The breakfast in this hotel is not good except coffee and juice and porridge.

Their beds are not very hard, they are soft, very comfortable and easy to sleep on. I like them very much. All the staff are very polite, friendly and nice.

This hotel rocks! The room is big and clean, our bed is super big and comfy, with a cute balcony. The location is great, 2 min walk from the beach. Close to cafe, bar, restaurants, etc. Spa in the hotel is great, better than massages we got elsewhere, we were told that the hotel recruits top tier masseuse all over the country. Breakfast buffet is amazing, it has Chinese, Thai, Indian and many other types of cuisine, an egg station, a fresh juice bar, all you can think of. Roof top pool is cute, with a great vibe. It’s a perfect stay and we will definitely come back in the future.

My experience was very good until the last day. The housekeeper didn’t clean my room until 4pm. But they did send a note with fruit plate for apology which I feel very nice of them.

I would change the towels with new ones. Although they were washed, they were overall quite grey and stained, but we ve encountered this across Thailand. It wasn t a major issue because we had our own towels.

Great location for Patong. We got a nice honeymoon welcome package and upgraded to bigger room. Rooftop pool is nice with long opening hours and great view. Staff is very helpful, kind and well prepared. Room was ok, as expected, clean comfy bed.

Everything. The staff were exceptional. So friendly, professional, polite and could not be more helpful. The hotel has special little touches that we have not experienced before. Cooling towels, complimentary drinks when you arrive, and when waiting for transport. Very reasonably priced massages, and the breakfast included in the hotel price is so delicious and many wonderful options. The hotel also made up our room with a lovely love heart decoration for our honeymoon, which was so lovely. We could not sing hotel higher praises, and hope to return one day soon.

The location is close to all atraction, just 2 min from patong beach, the view from the pool upstairs is quite nice. The breakfast very good with fresh local fruits even a DIY juice maker.

Soundproofing poor, can hear noises of other rooms’s door open & close . Wifi speed good at day time but very slow at night time.

Patong busy area, cross the road and about 50 meters to reach the beach. Breakfast good. Free Landry 1 KG. Staff friendly.
