The noisy and hot aircon just besides the terrasse. No furniture on the terrasse. The small, dark, and basic bathroom. Few space for clothes and luggage.

The proximity of the beautiful beach, with some simple but nice beach restaurants, the beautiful view from the room on the beach and sunset. The rooftop pool with amazing view on the beach on sunset.

the hotel is far from to be comfortable BUT distance to the sea and ocean view make my day.

ocean view is awesome and it is really pieds dans l'eau! just some steps and you're on the beach. Surin beach seems tp be the most comfortable and the cleanest one in Thailand though it is not very clean indeed

Breakfast was very limited and it had hardly anything for vegans (which I am). No restaurant in the property. Also, the street where the hotel is located is not walkable. That being said, I would stay here again if the price is right.

Pool should be open until later and we never saw the rooftop bar open. Hand soap is not provided, we tried asking for another body soap to use instead but they wouldn’t give us or didn’t understand us.

Amazing view, free water, nice infinity pool, spacious balcony and very close to the beach. Good location because of proximity to the beach but would recommend renting a car or motorbike which you can easily do at reception or via WhatsApp and they deliver and pick up.

The steps leading to beach are steep however and could benefit from sturdier handrails and some solar lights for access in the evening. While we understand the hotel was not built long ago it could do with some cosmetic touches e.g. cushions on balcony chairs, a mattress for the concrete ledge (day bed?) on balcony, attention to maintenance on poolside lounges and umbrellas, hand towels in bathrooms (only 1 towel & 1 pool towel per person provided)

View and location to the beach! Surin Beach is relatively uncrowded, clean and safe. Plenty of local restaurants along the beach. The rooftop pool was wonderful ( however see below). Staff were very friendly and helpful( some things a little lost in translation as not much English spoken but that’s one of the fun cultural aspects of travel!) Breakfast buffet style was provided in our rate— good quality but geared a bit more to the Asian diet ( e.g fried rice, stir fries, curry, salads etc) but toast, jams, coffee, tea, eggs were available.

Please change the pool umbrellas, they are a danger for anybody who uses the pool. Everything else was great. Wonderful view!

I arrived after work on the Friday evening at about 9pm and I was informed that I had been given a free upgrade. The only issue was the room had undergone maintenance that evening and had not been cleaned. I was taken to the room and there was dirt all over the floor annd mirrors and wet grubby towels left on the floor. The receptionist said the house keeping would come in the morning. Seeing as I was only staying for two nights, to stay in an unclean room for a night seemed unacceptable, even with the upgrade. I can only assume there weren’t other rooms avalaible, otherwise they could have put me into a clean room. The receptionist said there was no one to clean the room that evening, but all it needed was any member of hotel staff to remove the dirty wet towels off the floor and give the room a sweep, which she said she couldn’t do. They did clean the room the next day but I thought the situation was odd and did not meet basic expectations of a hotel stay. If I was working at a hotel, and I was walking a guest into a dirty room, no matter my role in the hotel I would make sure it was clean.

It was necessary to call a plumber since there was no hot water upon arrival (they were able to help). Sand collects on the floor in the room after going to the beach. Daily cleaning of the room helped with this problem. The sewerage smelled (but this is apparently a problem with all rooms with access to the beach). Breakfast is not bad, but for me it’s better to buy different things in the supermarket if I get tired of the food in hotels

I really liked the location of the beach. I left my room and the beach was a minute away. The hotel is located by the road, a 10-minute walk from shops, cafes, mini-markets, and exchange offices. There is a swimming pool on the 5th floor with a very beautiful view

The bathroom quite small, however, the downside is wooden windows frame allows noise from outside get into the room easily, and rain shower does not working properly. The sofa beside room window could have been clean better.

No way a 4 star resort, had no pool bar, no restaurant and is starting to look dated. But it was value for money and if it did get an upgrade would be amazing. The staff are great and do their best to help out.

There was no way to fully close the room - shutters were used as the washroom door and the washroom window was also shutters. It took a very long time for the ac to cool the room due to the lack of a sealable washroom door or window. Our patio door did not lock, but they were able to fix it on our second day. There was no hand soap in the washroom, and when we asked for some, we were told no. The gym has no weights. The restaurant and pool bar were closed, which makes getting food and drinks more difficult. The jellyfish on the last two days made swimming more difficult, but not impossible. The elevator to get to the main floor was very hot and humid. The stairs to get down to the beach had big sections that were not lit, making it very difficult to traverse. We would not recommend this hotel it if you have difficulties with stairs. It probably would have been better if we rented a scooter during our stay, as the taxis were expensive and when we tried to take the smart bus it never came.

The beach was nice and seemed quieter than Patong or Kamala beaches. The location was quite beautiful and the temperature was amazing. There was a restaurant on the beach that was near the bottom of the stairs. There were also other restaurants and convenience stores a short walk away. It was 400 baht to rent two chairs and an umbrella for the day on the beach.

Staff had poor communication. Initially they said breakfast was not included however in the last day they said it was included. Gym has 8 cardio stations but zero weights. No bar at the pool so you must bring your own food and drink etc

There are not much dining options at this beach.. to go to the restaurant/groceries venue you need to cross the beach. The hotel itself has a great potential, but unfortunately it looks like that the owners and staff do not care too much. A beautiful rooftop pool is there. At the check-in the staff informed us that a pool-bar would be open from 4:00 pm. Not even 4:00 is quite late, but the bar did not opened in the 4 days that i was there. When asked the staff only laughed at me and said "no bar". The breakfast was mediocre.

The beach in front (Surin) is beautiful, not crowded and clean. The room is spacey, bed is was a bit old (and too soft) but overall a nice room. The view from the room or the rooftop-pool is stunning!

The bathrooms were a little small, but to be honest given the value they were suitable and enough for what you need :)

The view was incredible and beds so comfy! We had adjoining rooms with our children and we were really happy with the quality and value of the property.

Close to a nice beach. Family staff atmosphere. Super helpful front desk. We booked three rooms for a family reunion and we were all sad when we left. If travelling to Pukhet I would stay here again.

The parking area is a little bit small and very close to the main road which makes it difficult and dangerous while parking. The room furniture looks old and very simple, and the noise can be heard from outside and from the Neighbour. Breakfast starts late, and they don't have a launch and dinner service. They don't have someone to help you with your luggage, but the receptionist will offer you the help.
