Mould in the shower curtain in the room. Door not closing properly as there is a gap even when it’s closed, making the room always full of mosquitos.

Very good breakfast, Thai dessert, very friendly staff. Mango guy at the beach is a Thai national treasures.

The hotel is a decent 3 stars, good value for money. Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The swimming pool is nice with a different depth, there were sun beds around. Also sun beds with umbrellas on the beacj.

Coffee was awful!! Think there could have been menus on show for food available in the day time.

Room was a good size . Bed was great. Towels and bed linen changed regularly. Beach was good. Breakfast was adequate. Would have liked a little more choice with cold food.

Situated on beach, walking distance to restaurants, shops.Minimart next door, also rent motorbike there . Good little gym set up. Adjustable bench with dumbbells up to 25kg & cardio machines.Nice pool to cool down after been on beach. Descent size rooms with nice balcony.

Lack of drawers! Nowhere to put underwear or smaller items of clothing. Only 4 hangers although I suppose I could have requested more. Bizarre arrangement in the bathroom (a glass box with a shower curtain). Although the shower was good. The main thing that really bothered us was the sunbeds and the beach around them, dirty! Cigarettes!!! And never appeared to be cleaned, never once in the week we stayed was the beach outside the hotel raked and trash removed. You couldn’t get a sheet of paper between the sunbeds, it really needs attention. There is also a sandy section at the entrance to the restaurant which is also dirty. The staff were lovely but there didn’t seem to be enough to concentrate on details.

Great location, right on the beach and near to shops and restaurants. We had a sea view room and sitting on the balcony watching the sunset was a treat. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and any issues we had (we had a couple, the shower and the lock on the patio) we’re dealt with quickly. The pool looked nice although we never used it as we like swimming in the sea. Good quality toiletries and fair quality bedding. The fridge was handy for keeping drinks cold. Breakfast was okay for a week although limited choices.

Great location. Surfers paradise beach with waves and a short walk to the Main Street with shops and restaurants. Nice pool and minimalistic rooms.

The location, amazing beach area and sunset, cozy and friendly not overcrowded. The staff was super friendly and helpful and made things easy for us to the point that they called back the taxi driver that dropped us off at the airport to ask him to come back because I had forgotten my phone in the car!

The breakfast area outside close to the beach could better organized. The breakfast was basic, but the quality was totally okay.

Great location, directly at the beach. Not a big resort, but more calm and not overcrowded. Room very spacious and clean. Nice bathroom. I liked the industrial style. Staff very friendly.

Rooms were a bit small with very thin walls between the rooms.

Location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good but not great. Staff were very helpful. Nice pool with easy use of beach towels. The hotel had water dispensers and glass containers to fill up instead of water bottles - very sustainable. There was an outdoor massage area on site. Less than 1 km to the strip with many more restaurants and shops.

Only issue I found was our room was very damp.

Nice location and the rooms was spacious with adequate amenities, with free water you can refill yourself from the halls and coffee. the beach was good and there was many sunbeds, so even though some people was reserving even though they where not there it was not really an issue. The pool area was fine as well but mostly suited for children and families. You could buy drinks and beer from the bar at the beach site, but it was also not a problem to bring your own beverages.

I requested pool view but it was not available when we arrived in hotel. Room was very humid and with a strong smell of mold.
