The young boy at the reception is great! Speaks good english, very polite and helpful. Proposed to clean the room regularly and he took me to the train station on his motorcycle for free when I was leaving!

Quiet location (at least in the room) in Krabi town. Close to a few markets so there is always cheap and good food close by. Room was big and clean, bed was big too. Super friendly staff, we got help with everything.

Toilet paper could be better quality. There could be some more hangers in the bathroom.

Shower and AC working properly, room is decently sized, the sheets were clean, there is a fridge in the room, there s also a desk. We got really sick because of something we ate in the food market, and the owners were very nice to us, helped us get a Grab to the hospital.

The location isn't nice because there are markets and food shops around but we stayed to take a tour the next day so easy.

The room was very clean and had everything that we needed. Fresh linen and aircon after a long flight is a must, and that's what we got! Good price - quality.

The best value stay in Krabi town. We had been staying in another property nearby for the same price and wish we had switched to this one sooner. Having a balcony and aircon for this price makes it the best deal in town. Right beside the action too. Friendly staff who helped us transfer to Koh lanta with hotel pickup for the same price as yous pay at bus station.

Nothing, it was a room to use while we got visas and worked out for us.

Room right in the center of the town, close to the markets and busy center. Staff were helpful and room was clean. Bed was okay by Thai standards.

Very clean, very calm, quiet air condition, relaxed vibe. Super friendly hosts. At this price really an excellent option to spend a night or a few to explore the Krabi area. Also I do love pink which helps a lot, as the walls are very intensely pink :) of course it is not a 5 star hotel, so the bed is pretty hard, as it is normal in Thailand (but super clean - which is much more important to me) and the bathroom is a simple one - but it has a toilet and a shower - so everything I needed. I would definitely come back here!

We could hear every word from the other rooms but luckily, during the night everyone was quiet.

It was a nice room to stay except of a smell of cigarettes coming through the bathroom from a neighbor room. The owners were very nice, professional and helpful with planning our transport to Koh Lanta.

Very little. The only slight problems: the market across the road can get a bit noisy in the mornings. The shower mounting was a bit broken in my room.

The woman who runs the place is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice and we enjoyed our 3 night stay at Hometel. They also do laundry which is convenient. Would recommend!

While the important things (linen, mattresses and toilet) were very clean, overall the room could have been a little cleaner. Still a very good stay, especially at that price and location.
