Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Convenient location right next to a market, 7/11 and mini Tesco-Lotus. Really good staff and they can communicate in English. The residence itself is quiet and easy to locate.

SingaporeYou need to go up a flight of stairs to reach the lift, and another flight of stairs after the lift reaches your level. Not handicapped friendly and pretty tedious if you have heavy luggages.
Convenient location right next to 7-11, market and eateries. Central Eastville is a short drive away. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk lady. Coin operated laundry and parking available.

VietnamYou will need to consider transportation here. Unless you learn the bus schedules you will need to use taxis or motorbike taxis. Lat Phrao MRT station is a 10 minute trip.
Friendly staff, at times there was communication issues, but the staff will help as they can. 7-11, tesco lotus express, and food options within walking distance. They have an outdoor gym. Limited equipment but good enough for only 60 baht daily rate. Just go early, it gets hot.

AustraliaNo kettle or tea/coffee in the room. No seats or outdoor table on balcony, it might have been nice to enjoy a meal outside on the balcony. Rooms are not soundproof as advertised. Wifi isn’t that great.
Deluxe room was great. large bathroom with large mirror and vanity. Spacious balcony area that feels cosy and private. Kingsize bed, Blockout curtains, a vanity table and stool. Plenty of storage space for your stuff and a private and a medium sized fridge. Lift access. The female staff are lovely. Check in up until midnight. Walk 30 metres to 7-eleven, 50 metres to ATM. Laundry facilities 20 metres away. Food market 70m away.

United KingdomStayed during the hottest season, would have made a very enjoyable stay that little better if they had a small (swimming) pool to unwind and cool down in at the end of the day.
Clean comfortable room with good hot water pressure comfortable bed (not too hard) and peaceful at night, there are also laundry facilities on site. The staff are very helpful and friendly should you need any information about the area or if you need anything else for the room, The hotel is in a good location with two markets and several restaurants within walking distance, also a 7/11 opposite. If you have your own transport there is a large shopping complex and two good size night markets all within a 10/15 minute ride away. (There are also plenty of Grab & Moto taxi drivers in the area)
