Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IrelandThe room was really dusty in the corners, the paint work was pealing off, the net curtain was ripped and needs replacing and of the cups was chipped. Also the bathroom sink had a rusty plug chain and plughole .We booked a junior suite but the room we were allocated wasn't up to the standard we were expecting.
Really good location. Decent sized room with a good hot shower and nice towels.

United KingdomLocation has little to offer in the way of bars or evening entertainment. What was within 10 mins walk has now closed down after Covid, and if you want bars ... then its a taxi ride to the Big C.
Hotel was great for the money, and the breakfast was fine, considering the rate, Rooms looked renovated, were clean, and everything worked. Check-in was OK but beware ... they don't accept cash ! Credit cards, or Thai bank scan. Motorcycle parking was right outside the lobby, a little exposed, but we had no problems. For the money, I liked it and would return, but ride out in the evening instead of walking for miles !

ThailandReception staff had limited English so communication was restricted. The hotels only restaurant was NOT operating during our stay so had to go out for all meals including breakfast.
Convenient location within walking distance to the evening walking street. Also found several cafes and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. The room is clean and comfortable enough.
