Loved the people and service provided at the villa. Especially our property manager Maxz was super helpful, polite, and an amazing host. The property itself was out of a movie and we loved every bit of time spent there.

It’s located a little far off from the Main Street of Phuket so commuting to and fro is an issue. Some of amenities were not working like jacuzzi in one of room and swimming pool jacuzzi.

It’s a well maintained apartment which has a good view and private pool. The housekeeper was very kind and generous and was available most of the time for any help needed at short notice. The property had 2 jacuzzis.

Great location close to beach, restaurants and entertainment. Villa itself was spacious, clean, lots of light and comfort. Staff was excellent-always ready to help, everyday cleaning and in touch. We loved our stay there and totally recommend for a bigger group whether it is family or friends!

Only gripe i had was of the view in the 4 room villa as it was facing another hotel. The slope we had to walk sometimes which can be mitigated by the shuttle service

The staff was amazing. Providing everything you need with a call. Went out of his way so many times just to help us in our little requests. Did not get his name but he was a gem! Working his hardest to help us no matter how big or small the request. In terms of location, i would say it is the most accessible villa compared to all the other villas available at Patong. The airport pick up and send off was well arranged. The rooms and beds were top notch and service alike, could not have gotten a better stay.

it’s 10 minute uphill walk from the nearest 7-11. while the hotel provides golf kart, it takes some time to come. I also don’t know how often they re-circulate swim pool water. we stated there for 4 nights, and it was not re-circulated.

it’s a big property and we’ll maintained to cater to different needs— group of friends to families. it has pool, washing machine, comfortable air conditioning. while the cleaning staff had trouble speaking in English, he was very helpful and accommodating to take care of different things. villa is located in a nicely looking safe place— we often used to forget locking the main door, but there wasn’t any problem because of that.

The property are exactly as the picture. Location was excelent Most important the host and staff are extremely dedicated We were picked up at the airport back to back without add charges.timing was perfect. Property are clean as it supposed to be.the beds are expensive.complete dining equipment. Should workout at the TV issue asap and everything will be tremendous. They pickup is at the airport , send us back , give us bike to rent , be there in less than 10mnt whenever there is any issue with the house , smooth wifi , and we fly back with good memories..hands up to the team! Defenitely our 1st primary option for stay if we come phuket again in future..

Nothing, the villa was perfect.

The location was very good, at the start of patong beach. A bit far from the main road but there was a 24/7 shuttle up go between the main road and the villa. The villa itself is mind blowing, it looks even better than it does in the pictures and it's a nice 3 story villa with one room on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor and 1 on the top floor along with the living room and pool on the top floor. Exceeded all expectations and was a perfect stay

Cleaning lady did not come to the villa. Bed sheets were not changed for 3 days. Swimming pool was also not clean enough to our satisfaction. Need to improve the quality of breakfast.

Location was excellent. Patong beach is walking distance. Tuk tuk was easily available from main road. Interior was excellent.

1. The place was not clean, the daily housekeeping definitely not up to our standard, though there were 2 jacuzzi but none of them are working. 2. No house slippers were provided but when we asked for it, they took many days to provide but were given very old slippers and we had to buy new ones from the supermarket. 3. We found cockroaches in all three rooms at the second level.😬 4. The dish-washer was not working. Not suitable for very big group as most of their pans and pots were quite small. 5. Found red ants crawling everywhere in kitchen area. The maintenance of the kitchen area was not up to our standard. 6. WiFi occasionally stopped working and water supply was cut off on the last day morning before we checked out. 😅

The place was big and spacious with jacuzzi or bathtub in every room. Netflix was connected to 4 TVs. The owner, manager and the staff were very friendly and nice. Most of the time, they will try to help with our request. Free airport shuttle service and 24/7 shuttle to Novotel resort located near the main road. Maxz, their staff introduced us a great private catamaran tour at a good price. A small souvenir was given to us on the last day. The owner and manager visited us as well.
