Bed is super comfortable. The staff is really attentive and service-minded. Food is great though less variety. The rice field is perfect for nice photo shooting.

There was absolutely nothing not to love about this place

An absolutely beautiful place and experience. Very clean, excellent staff, fantastic rooms, great breakfast fabulous cocktails, would definitely come back here and the views are beautiful 😍 The heated toilet seat was a great experience

Why no towel rails in the bathroom? I think they could have done with more staff as the ones there seemed a little overworked. Advertising about breakfast misleading, there is no full English or Irish breakfasts.

Location okay for different things to do. Great rooms. Very dedicated staff. Very clean. Great beds. Good showers.

The breakfast was very good with part of it being a buffet with fruit, cereals, yogurt, salad veggies, milk, coffee, tea, etc. Eggs etc were made to order and not on the buffet. All the food was clean and tasty. The swimming pool was good too with a shallow section for younger kids. Other guests were friendly. The views of hills over the rice paddies were appreciated too, although the weather was too cloudy to see a lot of them. The restaurant has good food available outside of breakfast time as well. There was also a fitness room with an array of dumbbells and a few machines.

Water pressure of the shower is too low during our stay.

New modern hotel. Air conditioned lobby is like a paradise when we walked in from the heat outside. 😊 Location is good. It is on the main road (just 20 minutes from the most northern point). The room is spacious and functional. Bed is really comfy. Breakfast is really good with lots of variety.

the hotel is right at a busy highway which feels like a strange choice of location for a nice place. It was very humid in the room and there was a musty smell. it felt a bit high in price for the whole package.

it is beautifully designed, the bed and mattress are really perfect, we had an air purifier in the room, reasonable price for food in the restaurant, food and breakfast are good, the personell was very nice and helpful. in the end I was happy about the outside town location because Mae Sai is in my opinion a strange place.

Unexpected when we came across this place. The location is close to the highway but there was no traffic noise & not disturbed at all during our stay. The food & the service in the restaurant were great & the ease of check in & check out was a bonus. Great place for a stop over from a long motor bike trip. Food, facilities & comfort is just what you need.

staff aren’t that conversant in languages, so a lot had to be done through Google translate. A little bit out the way so you need transportation to get anywhere, you cannot reasonably walk to anything.

Great personal resort. kitted out to a high standard with a nice design. Staff friendly and helpful Bed and pillows were up there with the comfiest I have ever slept in.

Nothing to dislike. The perfect choice. So comfortable and welcoming.

Everything was excellent! The best hotel on our trip so far. The room was spacious, had everything we needed, the hugest and most comfortable bed, lovely bedding, the treat of a spa bath on the terrace, plenty of storage, kettle, water, fridge, usb chargers, super and generous breakfast to order, pool with mountain view, great evening meals at v reasonable prices (and we usually go out in search of cheaper options than stay in house but no need here.) The place was perfect for a base in N Chiang Rai and we would certainly pick it again if in that part of Thailand. Thank you to all the staff who make it so lovely.
