Location is good - 7/11 on the corner and near to big shopping mall (Big C Extra), near to restaurants and not far to the beach. Spacious rooms managed by the friendly and heartfelt hospitality of the owner family. Very good WiFi. Clean.

I was staying in a simple room with fan. The room was nice and big, but it was much hotter than expected, and it is not quiet at night because there is some music/party noise coming from the neighborhood. Also, the floor was dirty which is not visible at the first sight, but when I walk without the shoes in the room, the bottom of my feet became dirty. The pool in the garden also so dirty and small (they said because of the rainfall). I booked for 2 nights, but after the first night I decided to leave because of the issues mentioned above. However the owner didn't want to refund me the price of the last night. They charged me fees for using the towel, electricity, water, cleaning etc, so I don't understand why I should pay for this for the last night if I don't want to stay anymore. Previously I paid by cash at the reception on my arrival, so there was no barriere to refund me. So I found myself in the situation to negotiate about the refund. Finally, they gave me back 200 THB, what I accepted. So I paid a total of 750 THB for a night (No AC!). Very disappointing. For the same price You can find a nice clean fully renovated room with AC and big flat screen with Netflix in a resort with nice garden and big clean pool.

The room has no air condition. Need to add 160 baht for room upgrade (with aircon). Facilities are quite old. hallway needs cleaning (very dusty)

Avi and his family of helpers made my 42night stay most enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, from accompanying me to the pharmacy when I arrived with a chest infection to plotting amazing excursions for us. We had a full day excursion to Bangkok involving a safari, marine park and an evening dinner cruise ( highly recommended ) Avi called us several times to check all was going well. Great service.

Wifi doesn't work the same way in the different floors.

We had such a comfort stay, ended up booking 5 more nights just because how great it was! The bed was super comfortable and big, the room is very spacious and with the fan on it has the right temperature. They were super quick and kind in helping us with anything we needed. Great staff. The location is amazing, super central with tons of restaurants around (even vegetarian), 7-eleven literally next to the building, bars, cafeterias, street food, massages and motorbike rental! Everything 5 minutes walking or less!

Great Stay . The time we checked in was later than they mentioned in their policy,we were still given check in with a lovely warm welcome and free fruit juice that was osem. Very good price could not find with such good location and facilities the room size. The pool was good.Rooms had balcony clothes rack fridge tv and sofa. I found this place was flooded with japanese, Europeans Britts, Russian and many more countries. All were happy with the service by staff and recpnoist here. Beach is just cose by could walk . Big C Extra shopping mall just 5 minutes walk and 7eleven shop on site. Really very good experience for this property. I would recommend the place as a best option for long and short stays. The owner is too good
