For the room with the best views, you have to go 2 flights up the steep stairs. There are rooms on the lower floor, too. There is a bathroom on the floor below and more bathrooms and showers at the ground floor. A huge kitchen with a terrace is on the last floor. Bed was very hard, and the room needs a shelf or two.

Located in a traditional wooden house on the riverfront, with wonderful views of the river, the other coast, and a local market. Very interesting neighborhood with lots of local food options and 2nd hand stuff at the market below, best steamed buns 15 minutes walk from here. For any tourist attractions, it's better to take Grab taxi. The owner and her nephew were very nice and helpful. Definitely book a boat tour with her. It was much better than expected, we went up and down the river and visited 4 huge temples. Everything was very clean.. A huge kitchen with a terrace is on the last floor. Wonderful for enjoying a meal and the views. A/C worked perfectly.

The factors I thought why I cannot give it a perfect 10 is beyond the hosts control. It is still noisy until 11 PM because of the market nearby. The bright lights from the market makes it harder to sleep despite the curtains blocking it. The staff's hospitality trumps these circumstances.

The view from my room was priceless. The experience was as authentic as it was advertised.

As this is an old house the rooms near the market can be a bit noisier. But the place has a very positive spirit however 😊

What I like the most is the treatment of the owner. She is just so kind and sweet that you will feel at home. The house is completely clean, the atmosphere is super peaceful and calm, wooden floor and the room was comfortable and clean with AC and an amazing view of the river. Bathroom and toilettes clean with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel at your disposal. The kitchen it is at your disposal with coffe, and snacks for free.Moreover, I am diabetic and forgot my insuline on the fridge after departure, she kindly support me to arrange delivery to the next town of destiny Chiang Mai. Completely recommended. ❤️

Just something for people to know is that sound travels easily through the walls and the floors.

The building is very pretty with a lot of wood inside (wooden staircases). There is really good food nearby. The bikes were great to ride around town, saved us from a ton of walking!

Not the owner’s fault, but I decided to take the room facing the night market. Not that noisy but the dog barking, very noisy. And the kids running upstairs of my room. Was hard to sleep.

Very clean in an old style house which is very comforting homey place. The owner is very friendly and kind! She let me choose a room incase it will be noisy for me to sleep. There is a rental bike service just 100B too.

The location is amazing. On the top floor you have a very nice terrace where you can sit and enjoy nice views from the river. Even with extreme temperatures, there is always a cool breeze. The night market is very charming as well and it was lovely to get to know some of the people who set-up their shop here every night. The hostess is a very kind and amazing person. Always with a smile on her face. Room was cozy and clean. I originally booked for 3 nights but stayed for 6.

Beautiful views from the place, I had a better room than initially booked. Walking distance from the train station and not far from main attractions. Very good wifi, could work well from there. There are two markets around with lots of eateries to choose from and a couple of convenience stores. It was a very good point to visit Ayutthaya from.

Just the location is a bit far to go around. There is one palace to explore and a night market nearby where you can easily reach and grab dinner. When I got there, there aren't much guests so it's a bit too quiet.

The place is pleasant and peaceful. The lady is also great, always smiling and welcoming. The bedrooms, shower and toilets are clean and work well. The fully equipped kitchen is also a great point as well as the rooftop viewing the river and night market.

Very friendly owner, the room was very comfortable and had a nice view to the river. Even though there are shared toilets, they were always very clean. It’s an old wooden house, so it can get a little bit loud because of the footsteps of other guests but nothing too bad. Just outside of the hotel is a nightmarket (opens at 18:00pm)🌯🍜🍛🥟🍡. We really enjoyed to chill at the rooftop terrace here😊 everything was great

Many noises came into my room from outside: the dog that occasionally barked and, above all, from early in the morning the rumble of motorcycles, a radio, the noise caused by working in the opposite shops. I had to put ear plugs, kindly given to me by the owner. Also the curtain was thin, and the sun was rising right in front of the bed.

The hotel is elegant and quaint. The owner is kind and helpful.

Not easy to find if you dont have all the modern attributes to modern travelling,google maps not always accurate. Did not spend long enough there ( property and location).

The location was optimal for my needs,next to a night market for local people. Set next to a river you can observe a lot from the rooftop. Boats and people coming and going. The owner is a lovely engaging lady who was very helpful and informative.the wooden aspects of the interior (windows and floorboards etc) were a welcome addition to the experience.
