They were super helpful getting my mom and I transportation to the airport. The room was super clean and tighty, they even offered us breakfast the morning of our departure.

Our room and the entire property was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved having a balcony, our hosts were so kind and helpful, and we loved the location! The hotel is right across the street from a great breakfast and coffee cafe and is a quick walk to other restaurants, the river front, laundry, and the daily night market. We loved everything about the hotel and our stay and can’t wait to come back to Krabi and the 9th House. Thank you!

Everything near-perfect but we did find the slding doors to our terrace a bit tricky to unlock and we failed to regulate the air con properly for the whole night.

Returned after our first stay in 2019, nevertheless exceeded our expectations of this lovely family-run property. They helped us with so much information, even made phone calls when we had problems with the next booking. Always on hand to make sure that we had what we needed and nothing was too much trouble. Scrupulously clean. Provided water every day and fridge in the room. Fantastic morning coffee and unexpected treats like traditional sweets wrapped in banana leaves while sitting outside observing street life. Better than a home-from-home!

The young woman at reception was friendly and very helpful with recommendations and booking a minivan to my next destination. They provided a light breakfast. The room was new, bright, and very clean.

The facilities are amazingly clean! We stayed at 4 other places during our 3 week trip to Thailand and The 9th house was cleanest. you get exactly what you see in the pictures - A lot of places we stayed, the room looked nothing like the picture (usually very very outdated and old)but not the 9th house, everything is very well maintained. The room was well thought out and we had everything we needed! The staff was exceptional, they go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and provide so many good tips for the area. Every morning they brew fresh coffee and provided little morning snacks. This place is definitely worth every penny! if you’re staying in Krabi town, we recommend you booking here!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The host, her mother and her sister take really good care. We got advise for what to do in Krabi Town and all transfers were organized. You get small waters, good coffee and rice snaks for breakfast. The location is good to head for the night market and fresh market and you also have restaurants, bars and massage studios near. The hosts are extremely friendly and caretaking :)

Where to start? The location was superb. Room immaculate with everything you need including complimentary water. The hostess was the sweetest, most kindest and helpful I have ever experienced and I have stayed at countless hotels. Her coffee and sweet treats in the morning were delicious and she organised transfers and ferry bookings for us. I wish her and her family all the best. I fully recommend staying at The 9th House

Even though we knew there was no kettle in the room, before we booked it, I really missed it , tea and coffee is available in reception each morning and will be made for you. Their are no,lifts, fine for us, but just to. Are other travellers aware .

Our room was huge, with two chairs we moved to the god sized balcony. The room has a fridge and bottles,of water and clean towels each day . The owner was beyond helpful, she couldn’t do enough and arranged our onward ferry trip to Phi Phi, by booking transport to the pier and the ferry trip itself, she was very knowledgeable and clearly wanted us to enjoy our stay, fantastic service

This is an outstanding hotel. If you are after a swanky hotel with swimming pool and bar it is not for you, otherwise amazing. All the staff are super helpful, kind and thoughtul, the room is spotless and quiet, the location amazing for eating and organised trips, very good wifi. I would very strongly recommand it.

The taxi the hotel booked for us to the airport was uncomfortable and the only hiccup in an otherwise perfect stay.

Clean, quiet and bright. Great owner, very helpful, friendly and available. Big floor to ceiling windows in the rooms so very bright. Bars next door play loud music but finish at reasonable hour 10-11.

The bed was more firm than I like.

Reception was very kind and helpful. The Guest house is very clean and quiet. There's a good breakfast cafe across the street. One can walk with ease all over central Krabi Town.
