Loads of cockroaches, bowls were dirty, lack of kitchen utensils/cleaning products, bed really creaky, other people's clothes in cupboard, bathroom stank of mould. Not good value for money, we moved to another apartment in the adjacent building that was the same but cleaner and cheaper

Simple, clean apartment in large condo complex. A random guy picked us up and just brought us to the room. He had no real information, but that was ok. If you are simply looking for a place to stay, this place is nice. The awesome rooftop pool may be located in a different building though.

The hallways were like echo chambers. Conversations at night sounded like they were right outside your apartment. The condo doors slammed very easily which happened all hours of the day and night. The rooftop pool was nice but often crowded and hasn’t been maintained. Most units in this complex are rentals with visitors coming and going constantly. The lifts are slow, almost always crowded, and you will spend a lot of time waiting for elevators here.

The apartment was cozy and nice, albeit very small.

You should not believe the photo of the room. It’s very small room and no special continence to stay. Also if you come by the car, you must pay the fee of parking even if manager say it’s free of charge. Anyway I never chose here the future.

Really great, cozy apartment. I chose it for the position, the Internet connection reviewed as optimal (I needed it for work), and for the swimming pool on the roof top and the gym. It didn't disappoint any expectation.

Everything needs improvement , especially how the host treats customers.

This place is disgusting . Bed smells like crap . Dead bugs in bathroom . Blankets are dirty . Shower head leaks , bedroom is super small . Disgusting curtains with stains from years ago . . Couch is oily super uncomfortable , the host called me a junkie because he saw my insulin needles . There is plenty cheaper options to choose from . Don’t go here

They do not inform.cleaning cost in advance. BOOKING.COM should highlight cleaning fee. It is almost half of price. Roof top swimming pool not open. Should inform inadvance.

two out of three swimming pools were closed. our group of three was very far apart from each other with no access to each others floors. No prior warning that house keeping costs extra. security was too formal and felt like I was entering a prison. None of the tv’s worked in all 3 condos. we asked for it to be fixed and we’re ignored.

Lovely and cozy apartments at a very affordable price! I contacted the hostess in advance, who met me, handed over the keys and told me what was nearby. Thanks Tatyana! The apartments have a kitchen and a washing machine, you can ask for a second set of bed linen and towels if you are coming for a long stay. I rented a motorbike and was glad there was free parking for guests. This is a good option if you want to live in the center - 2 steps to the sea and a large shopping center nearby.

Beautifully decorated 2 room high floor condo (Tower A room 385) with fantastic views over Pattaya city to Pratumnak hill, Pattaya bay and Koh Larn island. Large balcony for chilling and thinking how life is wonderful sometimes :) Fantastic pool on the rooftop...until it was closed in last days of my stay by covid regulations Very friendly and responsive owner and her staff. Thank you for making a great stay.
