Location and staff and the room and the pool even though it was in another hotel but that was only a 2 minute walk away and had a jacuzzi at the front of the pool!! 😄

Some corners in the room were surprisingly dusty, like they aren't too thorough with the cleaning, for example behind the TV set and on top of the closets and wooden fittings

The sink would clog occasionally, and the bathroom fixtures did not feel stable. I wish the safe was secured down and if there was a desk area to set up a workspace. The steps of the stairs are high, so be careful and use the handrail.

The location was great, and the staff was kind. The hotel is centrally located and is near a lot of bars, massage parlors, weed shops, and restaurants. The streets are lively with women, ladyboys, and street vendors trying to sell their goods. I felt safe walking the streets at night, even at 1am. The roads are narrow, and there are many cars and motorbikes on the road, so be mindful of that. It is a budget friendly hotel so I didn't expect a lot of amenities. Overall, the hotel met my expectations, and I will be staying here again in the future. By the way, bring some earplugs it does get noisy at night if you are trying to sleep.

It is advertised that there is a pool in this hotel, but there isn’t. The pool is in fact at another hotel down the street. The receptionist said we could have a voucher for the pool between 10am-5pm. We were able to make it to the pool with the voucher 1 day, but we saw another guest having trouble getting a voucher. The pictures and description are misleading people into thinking there is a pool on the premises.

The room was very spacious and clean. There was a hair dryer and a safe in the room.

The AC is very loud. The street is loud, you can hear all music. The toilet didn't work well.

The wifi is very good, even for video calls. It's clean. They give you water every day. Rooms are big.

The shower was a wet room, so the whole bathroom would be wet.Needed to cover the toilet paper. View was opposite another building, so curtains had to be drawn. No English channels. Safe didn't work. Entrance was used by ladies of the night as a bar and several massage shops on either side of the hotel. The street itself smelt like a sewer with the outside drains smelling dreadful.

Inside the hotel there’s no any other place to walk and enjoy the view and relax. Just stuck in the room.

Hotel location is perfect. It’s near the night market. Very comfortable to find money exchange, street foods, restaurants and the clubs, super markets, everything is very near to this hotel. Hotel room also good calm and quiet.

Checkout was a problem. No one on staff and we had to get to the airport. It was very stressful. The front desk needs to be attended to, to allow travellers to check out. We would have just left but they had a sizeable cash deposit of ours for the room.

The floor was very dirty in our room. Also, there was no room cleaning or emptying of garbage cans for the three days we stayed there. Checkout was stressful as our cab was waiting for us and we could not find a staff member to refund our key deposit. Eventually it got sorted out. A manager on duty would be helpful.

The location was in the heart of Pattaya. Near the beach and near the night life.The hotel was inexpensive.
