The owner let me do early check in and he is very co- operative, you have to just message him and he give you all facilities, even he change TV for us. If god permit see you next year.

Asked for low floor given room on top floor . Requested change of room given floor 10 but room was really shabby flooring needing replaced trip hazard . Owner responded initially then ignored my messages until I mentioned booking.com then responded a bit but not helpful

Could not get entry to the property when we arrived, had to call a number provided by the security. Once we had keys we had to PAY for parking (which I thought was free) before we would drive in and park (parking fee was non-nonrefundable even tho we left early). The Room smelled of stale urine and we had to "air" the room for 10 mins to get rid of the smell. The air-conditioners were very musty and had to air the room again to get rid of this smell also. The room was supposed to be 35m² but we were only given a room with 30m² (see photos) Could not sleep on the bed. The mattress was so old and soft even my wife had a bad back in the morning and she is only 45Kgs. Two nights we had to sleep on the floor of the living room. We then left the property and booked another hotel. I have added a photo of the receipt for the other hotel. We were cheated on the size of the property by 5m² which makes a big difference when the property is so small. Oh there was a TV but no TV signal or cable connection so we could not watch anything on it, in effect no TV. I did not include a picture of the mattress because is looks normal until you to lie on it, then you know how old it is.

It is hard to enjoy anything if you cannot get a relaxing nights sleep. The TV had power but not connection to TV signal or cable signal so nothing to watch.

The two-bedroom can see the Hilton. We booked two rooms. The two-bedroom suite is a front sea view. There are washing machines and hangers in the room, which is very convenient. There is also a dryer downstairs. The 711 convenience store is also very convenient and there are many vendors selling fruit. It only takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the mall from here. The tutu car takes one minute to arrive at the store. There is a large imported supermarket to buy things. very convenient

This place is in a very comfortable, easy area of Pattaya that is very near to the beach, shops, malls and and restaurants. The place was clean and answer to our various queries were instant. we would definitively recommend this place to all our friends and family if they are visiting Pattaya and to anyone who wants an easy comfortable stay. We look forward to coming back too. Note: Rules of the condo are very strict. Please abide by the rules.

one of the best options for housing in Pattaya is the ideal location, when checking in inside the apartment was perfectly clean. There is a washing machine which for me was a huge plus. Quiet, comfortable and generally thought-out housing in the very center of the city in a simply excellent condominium with a swimming pool and a gym. 7/11 in a half minute as well as shopping centers - extremely close. Highly recommend!!!

The room is two bedrooms and one living room. There is a master bedroom and a second bedroom. It is very suitable for family travel. The room is cleaned and very clean. There is a smell of air freshener at check-in. The kitchen can make simple meals, and the balcony is very large. It is very convenient to do laundry and dry. We have booked two suites and a lazy sofa. In addition, if you need anything, you can call the housekeeper and basically you can meet your needs.
