The rooms were badly in need if upgrading. The bathroom needed updating and the towels were very poor quality. Half of the gym equipment was broken and the pool needed work too. However we understand there is a new general manager who hopefully will attend to these issues.

The restaurant staff were very attentive and pleasant and made our stay more enjoyable.

The staff is a bit unprofessional and requires training. They would ask personal questions like where are we from when we were having breakfast etc. Also everyone knew that the breakfast timings were till 10:30 they would go to everyone individually around 10:20 asking we needed more food or anything. Super unprofessional. People who would be inside the breakfast hall were made to feel awkward as if the staff wanted us to leave by cleaning tables, taking the dishes off right in front of the guests. Have been to multiple hotels but never experienced something like this. Needs major improvement. Otherwise location and ambiance wise it was good.

Would benefit from more sun beds and increased sunbathing areas. Pool area is small. No options to buy drinks in the hotel in the evening. Seemed a little bizarre to me.

Breakfast was very poor with very limited options especially for young people. Hotel has so many rules regarding eating in rooms and bringing food in to the hotel. For a 4 star Hotel, I didn't appreciate the shower curtains in bathrooms

Place was dusty and furniture chipped and bathroom sink was blocked (luckily I pretty good with diy but you know what I mean?) Golf kart pick me up from reception for 30m ride? Exaggerated. Check in took like 20 minutes?

Amount and variation of breakfast buffet was often on the low end. (one sort of cerios) Occasionally only few slices of ham left and salad bar pretty empty.(got refilled on request)

Staff very friendly and helpful. Late check-out for a small fee appreciate very much. Very good coffe. Breakfast as such was fine. Freshly prepared eggs according requested style.

Couldnt get the correct wifi password after asking a few times and ended up just using my network.

Great location and value for money. Considering the price well worth the stay with a good range of food and massage options nearby. Probably one of the closer hotels to Kata beach. Didnt feel anything was left out due to covid. Room had direct access to pool was great.

We had a blackout at night and had to sleep without aircon. It is fine but no staff was reachable for that. I was not happy but the female staff helped us everything so this unhappy experience went away already. It would be better if water power from the shower is stronger. Wifi should have more security.

There was a female staff who is very kind and helped us everything. Without her, I don't think our stay at this hotel was good. If you have any questions, just ask Ms. Wan and she will be happy to help you. There is a self service laundry in the hotel. Dryer is powerful and our clothes get dry so quickly. It is 24 hours so very convenient for travelers. Convenience store and restaurants nearby. The street is very quiet due to COVID19, I hope it will return to normal soon. Breakfast is served by pre-order system during this pandemic, but it was very delicious. TV has a lot of channels so we could enjoy watching TV.

Great sized pool and huge room for the price. Great location, only 10 minute walk from Karon and Kata beach. Lots of restaurants, night market, massage parlours and bars very close by.
