Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomJust a little bugbear about description.....this hotel/resort is listed as 'managed by a private host'. This always makes me think Airbnb, and I would usually avoid airbnb like the plague!! So if you have had bad airbnb experiences like me, relax ....its definitely a proper hotel/resort.
It's a nice and quiet hotel, with good, clean modern rooms. Everything is as you'd expect...Good WiFi, fridge, comfortable bed. Swimming pool is a little small, but as I had it to myself, I can't complain. Beautiful to swim in pool and see Koh Kai in the distance. Staff are really nice, and can speak a little english which is a bonus. Didn't try breakfast, so can't comment, but I had a good evening meal in restaurant. Reasonably priced, and very tasty. 7eleven a few minutes away on main road for all snacks, drinks, and beers.

Excellent stop over following a trip to Koh Toa before catching flight to Bangkok. Staff were very helpful. There were organised trips available. The food was good quality and reasonably priced.

NorwayI didn't like the "backyard" access to the hotel. Give me a bad impression in the first moment by arrival, aswell the overrunning carbage bin in reception area. Stuff unfriendly not greeting the customers. The food in the restaurant was under average! The waitress was more outside the room than in the restaurant, nobody to ask anything, think she had to help in the kitchen. The bathroom , very fancy to lock at, but I think the one who planed this has never used it. The sink in kid size, the stream of the shower head come vertical, not horizontal!!!
The location is outstanding, the view over sea is breathtaking. The breakfast was very good., becaus a la carte...but i missing a kind of juice, only water and a oversugared tea.....with sigbn in front "juice"
