what’s not to like about The Bliss? its location is perfect, not too far from the main road but it feels as if you’re in the jungle. The staff is lovely and the breakfast is delicious!

We really enjoyed our stay at the bliss. The place ist a Dream und you feel like sleeping in the jungle but with a very nice tiny house. The breakfast was super good and what we loved the most was the welcoming owner May. She was a bliss :)

This is a unique place to stay in Khao Sok! Thanks to the landlady. May treats her guests like friends! She is very helpful finding trips and guides of high quality! Breakfast eas unforgettable! We went four minutes to the charming old Hotel by the lake for dinner! For us that was a perfect end of a day. Anyone going to Khao Sok should get the chance to have a trip on the lake it is so beautiful!! PS! Sorry about some Bangkok photos!!

We stayed at May's hotel for two nights and our only regret is that we did not stay longer. May is an incredible host, warm and always available to help us. The place is wonderful, surrounded by nature and animals. It's a great base for exploring the beautiful Kao Sok National Park. The accommodation is spacious, functional, clean and well decorated. A special mention for the incredible, colourful and home-made breakfast, with a wide range of vegetarian options. A big plus! Add to this an unbeatable price-quality ratio. In short, paradise.

Great modern room situated on the border of the village and the river. The location is a 10m walk from the main street and therefor very quiet during day and night (apart from jungle sounds). We were lucky enough to have some monkeys on our terrace during our stay, enjoyed various excursions, and were spoiled by the staff with excellent service and superb breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful owner and staff! Location is really nice. Quiet! Clean, big 'chalet' in a beautiful garden, near the river. Breakfasts are a feast. The baked goods are really good! We got a special attention for my husbands birthday and we really appreciated that! We totally recommend staying here...it's runned with love!

You can't really teach the hospitality May provides. It's just something within her to be so caring. I will actually miss her 😢. The breakfast really is as good as everyone has stated. Huge and delicious. I'd recommend booking any Khao sok excursions well in advance. Especially any 2 day 1 night lake stuff. Just book and let May and her staff take care of you. only bad thing is that we only booked one night.

May (host) was absolutely amazing, she greeted us with tea, explained the breakfast for the morning and showed us around whilst giving us some information about the lodge and the surrounding area. The lodge was modern and clean (no bugs inside). The beds were very comfy. we had monkeys on the porch which was surreal. The breakfast was beautiful so much choice and the other staff members were helpful and friendly.

If anything, we stayed too long in the area, perhaps Ko Sok National park is a little over rated but that is no reflection on The Bliss. It was certainly a young persons ‘place to be’

Nothing, it was above my expectations and I travel a lot and stay in very nice places. The owner is there full time, making sure you are taken care of.

The breakfast was amazing! There are several choices of types of breakfast. They set up the tables in a very classy setting. They make their own jam. You can watch them pick flowers in the morning to decorate the tables. They also use the flowers to color the rice that goes with the meal❤️ Amazing experience

The setting was breathtaking, in the middle of the Forest. The room was very confortable and with à nice view on the Forest. The host was extremely Kind and we felt at home. The breakfast was perfect, with a lot of homemade choice. We would definitly encourage you to book a night here!!

May is such a wonderful host. The breakfast is beautiful and plentiful. The buffet options were covered to keep them fresh. It is a small family run business so it feels very homely. May helped us to organise day tours. She also let us borrow the motorbike at reception which was very useful. I'd highly recommend this accomodation in Khao Sok.

If you are looking for somewhere in nature where you can relax and watch monkeys in their natural habitat from your balcony, this is the place to go. Very close to Khao Sok National Park which is truly stunning. May as a host is one of a kind and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was the best we have had in Thailand and her attention to detail is exceptional. We will 100% be back!

The location is idyllic, with wonderful views and perfect peace, except for the soothing sounds of nature. The lodge was spacious, with everything you should need inside. The bed was super comfy and I slept so well, especially after a day in the fresh air!!

Being in the middle of a National park, be prepared to find some small animals in the room (eg. mosquitos, geckos)

May has been a great manager! She is able to manage different tasks at once and she is willing to fulfil every request you may have. The place is unique and it is definitely worth a visit if you are travelling around Thailand or you are planning a trip.

May is a fantastic host who makes you feel at home the minute you arrive. The rooms are really charming and super comfy, with everything you need. The place is gorgeous, with a lush garden nearby a cute river. And the breakfast is outstanding, with tasty food, homemade pastries and jams and fresh fruit. 5 stars!!! Last but not least, we recommend May to organise your activities and transfer. ours were super nice and perfectly organised. The Bliss is more than a promise: it’s a reality!

The Bliss was a very nice place to stay before we headed into the park. My kids loved seeing the band of monkeys that roam the property in the afternoon, they were close enough to touch! As others have mentioned, the breakfast is very nice, and remarkably the wifi is the fastest I've had in Thailand. The Bliss is a 10 min walk from the main strip in Khao Sok village, but Art's restaurant (which we didn't try) is right next door.
