For someone coming from a Middle Eastern background, I'd appreciate it if it is mentioned whether the food is halal or not. Another negative point is the 2000 bhatt deposit, which must be paid in cash on arrival. Many travelers like me don't have the country's currency when checking in their hotel!! Moreover, a 2000 bhatt on departure is a headache for many travelers as we will suffer to change them into our currencies or into US dollars. This would add unnecessary losses to our budget. Charging credit cards for this deposit would have been a more convenient idea!!

Nicely located in Patong beach, overlooking the sea. Our room had a wonderful seaview. Thumbs up to the housekeeping staff who took care of our room everyday. The breakfast was very basic.

The second floor suite was palatial luxury. The restaurant had some of the best food around. The staff were simply amazing. They went well above the call of duty to take care of me. I highly recommend.

My room does not have a hot bathtub, just a shower room, I think that is a missing opportunity. The pool is very small and close to the street, a little bit lack of privacy. The ocean view from the room is just OK, it may not be the best choice if you are seeking such an experience.

One of the best hotels is located in Patong Beach. the staff is super friendly and well-trained compared to other boutique hotels in the area. This is a place that holds good standards for its service. The restaurant is very delicious, I have to say it is close to the 5-star hotel level, I was eating there 3 meals a day during my stay. highly recommended. 7-11 is right next to the hotel, very convenient to buy things.

Nothing - everything was pretty good actually, as mentioned on the box and in line with the room rate :)

It's a decent hotel; tehre were no unpleasant surprises, I suppose for Patong standards it's better than the average by far. The staff were super engaging and helpful all the way, from check in (especially Game who checked us in) all the way to check out. It's nice that they have the swimming pool - we were there on a torrid day and it really helped ease the heat stress! Breakfast was surprisingly good, we weren't expecting anything special but it was much better than expected. Obviously a big selling point is proximity to Bangla road; so you're at the beach and also somewhat close to Bangla road, whilst in a decent hotel, muc habove Patong standards.

We run out of shampoo and shower gel and had to ask 2 days in row before it was refilled, it felt a bit careless and uncomfortable to ask multiple times.

The location was very good, close to the nightlife of patong, but not in the middle of it.

My room had a smelly bathroom which was very inconvenient I got really upset at midnight because the smell was too disturbing and unsettling they lighted a candle to make it better but somehow it got worse. I got really mad because I couldn’t sleep at all that night. However the staff was really nice to me even though I was angry they handled the situation really well and transferred me to a different room. Also I would love it if they had more variety on breakfast, it was very limited I couldn’t eat anything except omelette and desserts. The hotel overall is good but it needs a makeover it’s kind of old.They need soundproof too.

Really rubbish wifi. We had none in our room (we were next to reception) and the reception area was always full of people on phones so om guessing other people struggled too

It’s basic but it was good for the price and location! There is also a Seven 11 right next door which is handy. Taxi are waiting outside. The breakfast food is great and the room service was ok some things were great others average but it’s so cheap wasn’t a concern.

The staff are really friendly and the location is incredible it’s right on the beach and walking distance to lots of markets and malls.

I can’t think of anything negative. The rooms were next to the road which i was apprehensive at first but it is so well insulated.

We booked two rooms with sea view and the other one was just in front of the terrace from the hotel, which was not a pleasant view at all but we talked at the reception to change that room and when they had an available one with sea view they changed it so it wasn’t such a big problem for us

Everything was perfect. The rooms have a nice vibe with all the decorations and the location is perfect. The beach is just in front of the hotel, you can spot beautiful sunsets from the balcony. You are away from the crowds but just 1 km walk to Bangla street, easily done by foot. At night you can hear some tuk tuks and fireworks from the beach but for us it was no problem. The curtains in the room are great; no sun can enter the room in the morning. The staff was very friendly; they cleaned the room everyday and if you don’t need that you can just ask them only for water and toilet paper. You are near restaurants and massage salons, also a lot of bars and 7eleven is just downstairs. The two pools are not very big but enough to chill and take a bath. We really enjoyed our stay, definitely choose the same hotel next time in Phuket

Beds and pillows weren’t soft at all. But after some nights you get used to it. It wasn’t that noisy during nights as mentioned in some other comments

We have room with private pool and that gave us an opportunity to use it when ever we we wanted. This hotel located a little further away from that walking street’s hussle and buzzle, but for us this was a good thing

The hotel is located right on the street and it's very noisy, you can't rest. Very poor European breakfast, lack of cheeses, nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, only one kind of yogurt, few olives. …Not at all diversified!!!
